My name is Wendy, and I have been involved in some aspect of the Real Estate industry for almost 20 years. I began my career in Southwest Florida as an administrator for Coldwell Banker before becoming a licensed assistant to a husband and wife team, and ultimately working with Buyer's and Seller's both. In 2007 I joined The Grant Group of Coldwell Banker and worked on location in Bonita Springs until 2015. During this period I also worked with a luxury developer, where I learned the home building process from concept to CO and everything in between. I also have experience in NC & SC where I assisted a small Coldwell Banker team both remotely, and onsite, who operated in both states. In 2016 I began working remotely with The Grant Group (a FL team) as a Virtual Transaction Coordinator, handling the due diligence of new listings and sales from negotiation to closing.
