HIGHLAND MINDFULNESS GROUP

The Highland Mindfulness Group is a team effort involving Allan, Catherine, Diana, Elke, Jan, Liz, Meg, Peter, Rona, Stephen and Val as facilitators, with Daniel, Elaine, Hilary and Susan helping with admin and governance... The Highland Mindfulness Group is grateful for financial support from the Highland Council Ward Discretionary Fund... The Highland Mindfulness Group was initially an informal group set up by former Drumnadrochit GP Dr Peter Wilkes some 15 years ago. The Group has since evolved and became a registered charity in 2020. It now draws on the skills of a team of 11 trained mindfulness facilitators.
