The founders of HTI are a collective of individuals with lived and professional experience in social work, education, substance use disorder, foster care, and/or the criminal justice system. The founders know first-hand the challenges that face the human services and criminal justice industries and understand that technological solutions may cause a powerful shift to drive change and improvements in the helping profession including first-responders... We build technological tools and programs centered on lived-in experiences and professional perspectives. Our team's deep understanding of trauma guides our technology and programs for a human-centered approach. Based on academic research and validation, HTI strives to create tools that positively help our most vulnerable populations.
