China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (abbreviated as "CIETAC") was established in 1956 following the decision of the Central People's Government in 1954. It is a permanent arbitration institution that resolves international and domestic commercial disputes through arbitration. With its long history and outstanding achievements, CIETAC has established a leading position in Chinese arbitration and created an international brand for Chinese arbitration, becoming one of the most important and influential international arbitration institutions in the world.
