April Miller joined Pinnacle ENT Associates in 2020. She works as an office administrator at the Abington location. April received her bachelor's in health sciences with HIT Certification at Wilmington University in 2020 and continues to work toward her graduate degree through 2022. She is a member of the American Trauma Society and has 10 years prior experience related to emergency medicine, in addition to three years in dermatology, five years in optometry and two years in ophthalmology. In her spare time, April enjoys skiing, hiking, beach trips, cooking and concerts. She also volunteers with the Tapestries of Hope organization.

Dr. Allison Singer graduated with a bachelor's degree from Cornell University in 2003, received her clinical doctorate in audiology in 2009 from the School of Audiology at Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University), and is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She has been with our practice since 2008. She provides diagnostic and rehabilitative services, with a special interest in hearing aid fittings, counseling, and follow-up care.

Dr. Daniel Nadeau is board certified in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery and specializes in the treatment of both adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat related disorders. His specific interests include General Adult & Pediatric Otolaryngology, pediatric and adult sleep medicine, snoring procedures, functional nasal surgery, medical and surgical treatment of Sinusitis, minor cosmetic procedures, acid reflux and allergy.
Dr. Nadeau earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C. and the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland as part of the National Capital Consortium. After completing his training, Dr. Nadeau served 11 years on active duty with the United States Navy. During his time on duty, he cared for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, most notably while on deployment in Iraq, during a humanitarian medical mission in Honduras and finally in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where he provided ENT Specialty Care at both the U.S. Navy Hospital and Detention Center.
Dr. Nadeau is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. He is located at Pinnacle ENT Associates' Blue Bell and Spring House offices.
Dr. Douglas Nadel received his board certification by the National Board of Medical Examiners in 1993 and the American Board of Otolaryngology in 1998. Dr. Nadel specializes in general ENT, adult and pediatric care.
He is affiliated with Doylestown Hospital and professional organizations including the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Bucks County Medical Society. He has also been on the Acute Care Quality Committee at Doylestown Hospital since 2005.
Dr. Nadel was recognized as a Top Doctor in 2012 by Suburban Life and Philadelphia Life Magazine.
He received a Cum Laude distinction and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1988 and his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1992. Dr. Nadel completed his surgical internship in 1993 and otolaryngology residency in 1997 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to performing otolaryngology procedures and surgeries, Dr. Nadel has capitalized on the similarities between woodworking and surgery and has become an avid woodworker of bookcases, desks and tramp art, among other projects. He also plays bass guitar. Check out his most recent project.

Dr. Jason Wilmoth is board certified in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery and specializes in nasal and sinus surgery and otology.

Dr. Joseph Ardito is a board certified otolaryngologist and specializes in head and neck cancer, sinus surgery, cosmetic nasal surgery, snoring and sleep apnea, general otolaryngology, hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), dizziness, vertigo and balance problems, and thyroid and parathyroid surgery.

- Kenneth Einhorn
Dr. Kenneth Einhorn is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in all aspects of general otolaryngology including nasal and sinus surgery and head and neck surgery.
He is affiliated with Abington Hospital-Jefferson Health where he serves as Chief of the Division of Otolaryngology and a Vice Chairman in the Department of Surgery. He also holds an academic position at Thomas Jefferson Medical College and serves as the Residency Coordinator between Abington and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Otolaryngology Department.
Dr. Einhorn received his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College in 1978 and his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1983. He completed his internship at North Shore University Hospital and his residency at Georgetown University Medical Center.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing drums. He is the Co-Chair/Founder of Rockin' Docs for Diabetes Cure, an annual benefit concert which helps to raise funds for research toward finding a cure for type 1 diabetes.

Dr. Larry Feiner is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery and specializes in thyroid, parathyroid, endocrine surgery, voice disorders and endoscopic sinus surgery.
He is affiliated with Phoenixville Hospital, Pottstown Memorial Medical Center and Physicians Care Surgical Hospital. Dr. Feiner was previously the Secretary-Treasurer for the Pottstown Memorial Medical Staff and Vice Chairman for the Department of Surgery Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.
Dr. Feiner also received the March of Dimes Grant for Research in Pediatrics and has been recognized as a Top Surgeon - Otolaryngologist in 2008 by Main Line Today Magazine.

Dr. Morgan received her undergraduate degree in communication sciences & disorders from Pennsylvania State University in 2012 and went on to receive her doctorate from Salus University in 2017.
She previously worked for Liberty Hearing Centers in Brooklyn, New York since 2017 before joining Pinnacle ENT Associates in 2021. Dr. Morgan is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is a certified clinical audiologist who specializes in cochlear implants.

Jackie Clemens is a practice manager at Chester County Otolaryngology & Allergy Associates, a division of Pinnacle ENT Associates. Before she joined Pinnacle, she held several positions at Main Line Healthcare, including working in the billing department and at the front desk. She has been with Pinnacle ENT Associates for five years. In her free time, Jackie enjoys traveling, listening to music, hiking and spending time with her family.

Dr. Mattioni joined Pinnacle ENT Associates in 2019. She attended Penn State University - Schreyer Honors College for an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and went on to earn her Doctorate from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery/Facial Plastic residency through Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine as well.
Dr. Mattioni is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. She recently became board certified in Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery from the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology. She has extensive research experience and is published in several Otolaryngology journals. She also has many years of teaching experience and has been an avid volunteer, spending time in Guayaquil, Ecuador and Chimbote, Peru.
In her free time Dr. Mattioni enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling hiking, and swimming. She is also a Boston Marathon participant and Half Ironman World Championships qualifier.

Robert Connelly is the Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle ENT Associates, a 17 physician Ear, Nose & Throat practice with 13 offices throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Mr. Connelly is responsible for the overall operations for Pinnacle ENT Associates and focuses his attention on practice growth and development, finances, marketing, billing and operations, mergers, contract negotiations and strategic planning of the organization. Mr. Connelly is an ad-hoc member of all Board Committees and reports directly to the President of the group. Mr. Connelly joined Pinnacle ENT Associates in December 2005 and was instrumental in bringing the group together. Mr. Connelly has over 30 years of healthcare administrative experience in consulting, finance, billing and operations, information technology, managed care contracting, mergers and acquisitions, physician recruitment and healthcare marketing.
Prior to joining Pinnacle ENT Associates, Mr. Connelly worked as the Director of Billing, Operations and Human Resources at Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (2000 - 2005), as a Healthcare Consultant with The Healthcare Group in Plymouth Meeting, PA (1995 - 2000), as a Practice Manager with Health Images (1992 - 1995).
