Jack is a mechanical engineer who worked in the MOD from 2009-2013 before moving into an electromagnetic capability role at TÜVSÜD based in Fareham. Rising through the organisation, he managed the EMC test facility providing analysis and guidance on EMC solutions. Passionate about solving complex problems with simple solutions, Jack utilises his diverse engineering experience to support customers needs. Jack joined FDS ltd in May 2023 as the Engineering Solutions Development Manager.

Neil joined Force development Services in 2016 with a focus on generating new business with Police and Law Enforcements clients. He brings 30 years of front-line experience served with the Metropolitan Police Service during which 18 years were spent with SCO19's Specialist Firearms Command. having held a variety of operational and firearms instructor roles, he is able to bring significant value to our clients through his deep understanding of their mission objectives. Neil has a passion for ensuring those who put themselves in harm's way to protect us are equipped with the best possible capabilities.
