From 8th March Patford House Partnership patients will be able to order their medication via a new service. The Prescription Ordering Direct service (POD) is available to all patients, except those who usually collect their medication from Sutton Benger Dispensary. Whilst we prefer patients to continue to order repeat medication through Systm Online, Airmid and NHS App accounts. For patients who may find this difficult to do, we have introduced a new way of ordering your medication. By calling the Prescription Ordering Direct Service on 03003 035090 Patford House Partnership patients can speak to a dedicated member of the POD team who will be able to talk to them about their medication and order on their behalf through the Practice.
