Co-Founder and Administrator of Smart Revolution, Giacomo is in charge of the relationships with clients and the financial management of the branch "Security". Since 2016 Giacomo has been in charge of activating training courses through the inter-professional funds, especially Fondartigianato e Formazienda, and he has been responsible for the delivery of more than 1000 hours of training, mostly related to security in the workplace. For Smart Revolution Giacomo is in charge of the private companies' consulting services and works as Project Manager with reference to national, regional and provincial tender opportunities on innovation, research and development, industry 4.0, internationalisation, and green.

Paola is the Stakeholder Engagement Manager of the branch "Security", in charge of the creation of strategic partnerships. Paola obtained a Master's Degree in International Trade at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Turin and a Level II Master in Open Innovation and IPR jointly organized by LUISS in Rome and the School of Business Administration of Turin. Experienced and passionate about European projects, she have always worked as a project manager to develop initiatives related to research, innovation, technology transfer and increasing the competitiveness of companies in various sectors. She supports companies, especially SMEs but also multinational corporations, through the co-design and implementation of the agreed-on growing strategies from fund raising to execution. Particular attention is paid to setting up and consolidating the network of stakeholders to create synergies and new market opportunities for the deployed products and/or services.

Co-Founder and Administrator of Smart Revolution, Rossella is the Director of the branch "Security". She has been in charge for Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of the HEAT project for the European Union Institutions in the period 2016 - 2020 and the HEAT project for FRONTEX staff in 2019, in the framework of which she has delivered 30 HEAT courses in collaboration with the 1st Parachute Regiment Tuscania of the Carabinieri Corps and the Folgore Airborne Brigade. She has carried out the pilot project of monitoring the conformity to the quality standards set by ENTRi for HEAT trainings, on behalf of the ENTRi Working Group (WG) on Certification. Previously, she has been in charge of ENTRi certified HEAT trainings, SSAFE (Safe and Secure Approaches in Field Environments) trainings for UN staff, and other security trainings for both public institutions and private companies. She has been involved in the ENTRi (Europe's New Training Initiative for Civilian Crisis Management) HEAT stakeholders' meetings, contributing to the analysis of the state of the art of HEAT trainings, and in the workshop for developing a refresher course for the HEAT curriculum (Re-HEAT) organised by ZIF in Germany. Finally, she advised as security expert the Center of Excellence for Stability Police Units (CoESPU) of the Carabinieri Corps in the delivery of the HEAT course in the framework of the EU Police and Civilian Services Training Project (EUPCST) and the Serbian Armed Forces on the Comprehensive Generic Training on Peace Operations (CGTPO) during the observation mission facilitated by OSCE in Serbia.

Tommaso is the Logistics Manager of the branch "Security", in charge of organising all the logistical arrangements related to the security trainings. Specialised in Management and Tourism Planning, he has experience as Operation Manager and Business Consultant for ESN Compostela (Spain), Operations Coordinator for Welcome Incoming Services of Globalia and Senior Pricing Analyst for MSC Cruises (United Kingdom). He has created tailored itineraries for more than 2.000 participants per year and provided technical assistance in the management of tourist destinations and product development. For Smart Revolution Tommaso works in the private companies consulting services.
