Alan joined Rettie in 2020 having worked as a Local Director for Slater Hogg and Howison for some 18 years in the South of Glasgow and is very familiar with this market. Previously he started his estate agency career with Your Move. With a wealth of experience within the industry and a genuine passion for property he looks forward to providing clients with excellent customer service from the Newton Mearns office and building on the growing position we have established in the area.

Alastair joined the Residential Sales department at Rettie in March 2001, following four years of estate management on the Beaulieu Estate in Hampshire. He specialises in rural residential sales in Perthshire, Fife, Kinross-shire, Stirlingshire, Clackmannanshire and West Lothian and has worked in these markets for over 20 years. In 1998, he qualified as a chartered surveyor after graduating from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester with a degree in Rural Estate Management. Prior to this he studied building construction and civil engineering for three years. Alastair lives on the family farm in rural Perthshire.

Alex joined the Rettie Residential sales team in 2023. After growing up in Perth, Alex moved to London where he gained a decade worth of experience working in prime & core markets. Alex has a passion for property and offers a personalised sales experience to every client.
Alice joined the Rettie team in February 2022 as Sales Negotiator. Having worked in a busy corporate agent, in Shawlands for over 10 years, she has a fantastic local knowledge and always strives to provide the best customer service experience possible. Alice is passionate about property and helping people move whether it is to their first home or a family forever home. Alice just wants to be part of that customer journey every step of the way.

Alison's experience of the Estate Agency world began in 2010 when she worked at a highly regarded agent in Newton Mearns. She then moved on to manage the Shawlands branch of the largest GSPC member firm. Having spent most of her life in Newton Mearns, Alison has a strong understanding of what East Renfrewshire and Glasgow Southside has to offer - local knowledge that provides real benefits to her clients. Alison's positive, friendly and approachable disposition is key in her ongoing success.
Amy joined Rettie in 2012 for the opening of our first English office in Berwick upon Tweed having previously managed the sales department of Edwin Thompson and prior to that worked for Sanderson Young in Alnwick. Having been an estate agent agent for many years, Amy is able to bring to the team a wealth of experience in the residential sales market complemented by key marketing and customer service skills and is able to offer clients the right advice, ensuring a successful outcome.
Andrew joined Rettie in 2023 working across the Town & Country and Edinburgh Residential teams. He loves helping clients plan and achieve their desired plans for their next property move. Andrew was raised in Blair Drummond, Stirlingshire, on the family farm and now lives in Colinton, Edinburgh with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he loves playing golf, tennis, padel, football and dog walking around the Pentland Hills.

Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988. Since then, he has concentrated on the sale of rural houses across Scotland. Having worked for Savills and Strutt & Parker, he joined Rettie to bolster our growing Town and Country Homes team in 2013. Over his career, Andrew has sold some of Scotland's finest homes. He specialises in selling quality houses, whether big or small, throughout the Lothians and Central Scotland. Andrew lives in rural East Lothian with his family.
Anna joined Rettie in August 2021 as a part time Sales Consultant alongside studying for her Law degree. She has a particular focus and interest in compliance for our Bearsden branch.

Brodie joined Rettie Residential sales team in September 2020. He is originally from Edinburgh and has recently moved back from London where he gained 7 years of experience in the prime property market. Brodie has a passion for the property and offers a personalised sales experience to every client.

Caitlin joined Rettie with the opening of the St Andrews branch. She started in estate agency in 2015 in West Fife where she has gained knowledge for all things property and negotiation. St Andrews was a big attraction as she knows the area well and lives along the East Coast. Caitlin is passionate about property and has her own love for interior design.
