CHEF LI D'ALESSANDRO

Growing up on a farm in a small town, Li D'Alessandro experienced the benefits of growing vegetables and herbs in a big garden on the property. In a household full of beautiful food, meals were special - full of love and enjoyed together with family and friends... Everyone in the family enjoyed cooking and creating experiences with food. This joy continued to blossom over the years and eventually Li entered the restaurant industry working in a variety of kitchens cooking Italian, American, French, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine.
