What is the "why" behind Impressive Vegan Style? Not too long ago, I was told that I was anemic, had bowel problems, severe sinus infections and liver function was abnormally low. I, like many others, thought that I was in for a downward spiral of health problems. Every doctor visit turned into another medication prescribed, with no other options. Left feeling helpless, I took matters into my own hands and began a 10-day detox followed by a 14-day juice fast... I had always been a conscientious eater, but never researched and learned how food can work for you. I took charge, and promised myself…I would do better. I began adopting a vegan lifestyle and soon after noticed the difference.
