We have developed sequential fluorescence in situ hybridization (seqFISH), an advanced biomolecular analysis method that merges imaging with combinatorial molecular barcoding. Our single unifying platform reveals previously unexplored biology through super-resolution subcellular imaging of RNA, DNA, and protein. We can generate multi-omic analyses beyond the capabilities of other types of spatial analyses, with the flexibility to assess the expression of as many genes as required.
