Prior to founding Equation1, Dale held senior operations positions in companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, Northrop Grumman, and M/A-COM. In addition, he has been an early member of successful high-tech start-up companies, Vixel and Spectrian, managing both Engineering and Operations functions, both resulted in IPOs. Dale holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University; a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University; and a MBA from UCLA Anderson GSM.

Jerry's engineering experience includes a broad range of software development from early years of expert systems, to mobile solutions, to cloud-based architecture in startup and Fortune 500 corporations. A true technologist with keen focus on understanding disruptive technologies, emerging trends, and how to apply them to deliver marketable solutions. Jerry holds a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has held Top Secret/SCI CI Polygraph Clearances.

Nathan is an experienced developer with over 10 years of experience within the .NET space along with experience in related fields such as systems administration. Prior to Equation1, he was with Expert Data Solutions and helped to develop and support multiple .NET applications in the automotive ecommerce industry. He is currently devoted to making Vortex™ the revolutionary system it is destined to be.

Sandra is an experienced Information Technology Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. Her professional background includes development and implementation of work-spaces within a variety of environments, including factories, offices, and financial institutions. Sandra has a Master's Degree in Information Technology Project Management from Riga Techinical University.

Tamma is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a passion for disruptive technologies. "Working with visionaries and early adopters is rewarding because as change agents they inherently want to make a difference." Her career includes ground level involvement in three successful start-up companies (Nellcor Inc., Natus Medical and Latitude Communications). Tamma holds a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University.
