CalMac provides an every day lifeline service to west coast communities, and for tourism, we play a critical role in enabling its development, which is hugely important for the area's economy... In delivering the Clyde & Hebrides Ferry Services (CHFS) contract, CalMac is focused on delivering customer service to the highest standards possible and achieving added value within the contract specification for communities, businesses, tourism, our employees and for the taxpayer, via The Scottish Government and Transport Scotland - i.e. improving value for the investment made.
