DH Land is a land promotion company with a successful track record for securing planning permissions and selling land to housebuilders since 2013... DH Land helps deliver much-needed homes by securing planning permissions on behalf of landowners entirely at our own cost, to sell to developers on the open market with the benefit of this planning permission in place. We help negotiate the often complex planning process and and are only remunerated if we are successful, from the land sale proceeds. Our goal is to maximise land values for our clients whilst also helping create sustainable development and lasting community benefits for the future...
