He is familiar with entrepreneurial environments, where he has led and built teams, to more sizeable multinational corporations where he has led multinational, multifaceted teams in executing profitable business strategies and financial solutions. Adrian is accustomed to working effectively alongside a wide range of diverse professionals in high paced and demanding environments and is always open to a challenge, even thumb wars with his children, which he loses, sometimes. Adrian is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and continues to serve on the board of schools in South Africa.

He spent 10 years at the UN-affiliated International Criminal Tribunal in the Hague, project managing the development of courtroom software that enables live analysis and mapping of call data. He also spent a decade with the Metropolitan Police Service on serious and organised crime and terrorism investigations. Andrew heads Forensic Analytics training strategy and services and works in close affiliation with senior members of law enforcement agencies, crime and justice specialists, and government officials within the UK and abroad.

Andrew, who is the third founder of Forensic Analytics is an expert in systems development and database management having worked at a senior level for several Blue-Chip organisations including Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, where he was Executive Director for Equity Finance Systems Development. With his co-founders he created CSAS, the Forensic Analytics operating system capable of analysing vast quantities of cellular data to an evidential standard.
Andy is an accomplished developer with 20 years of experience creating web, desktop and server applications in a variety of industries, including financial, automotive and education.
Brian has 27 Years' experience in various policing roles including surveillance, intelligence development and the investigation of serious and organised crime. He is a former Detective Inspector at Police Scotland and had responsibility for managing the SPoC and RF functions.
He was the Scottish representative on the NPCC Digital Trust and Evidence Group collaborating with UK law enforcement agencies, the criminal justice system and partners from the telecommunications operators. As part of the Forensic Analytics customer development team, Brian's remit is to foster customer relations and understand their needs and requirements.
Joining the team in 2019, Damon has twenty five years' experience of delivering business software worldwide for Xerox, Pitney Bowes and small start-ups. A versatile technologist with a passion to deliver quality software for the customer. Tester, Project Manager, Support Analyst, Scrum Master, Trainer, Product owner, Technical specialist, Team leader, all roles undertaken to support this goal.

Darran has considerable experience in surveillance - both human and technical. A former police officer of 30 years standing, he held various roles, including a secondment to UK Immigration Service where he conducted overseas operations. In 2013, Darran became Nottinghamshire Police's cell site specialist, helping the force to remain at the vanguard of this highly important area of digital forensics. He was also a member of the RF Development & User Group.
Dave is a highly experienced telecoms engineer. He helped to build and maintain some of the UK's major cellular networks when working for Vodafone and T-Mobile. Dave was also the law enforcement liaison engineer at T-Mobile before moving to the Metropolitan Police as their in-house cell site expert.
Gail is an accomplished Account Director with over 15 years' experience managing accounts within the Public Safety & Security sectors, with a degree in ‘Forensic Science and Crime Scene Investigation.
Gail is responsible for developing new and existing customer relationships to gain a deep understanding of their requirements, planning how these can be met to boost their operational efficiency using her extensive experience in working with digital and wet forensics contracts; managing complex and/or technical solutions nurturing high quality outputs with the skill to facilitate implementation of any project. Focusing on the importance of process detail to benefit all stakeholders whilst maintaining core business continuity to enhance the level of partnership working and collaboration.

Gavin has over 30 years' experience in Law Enforcement. As a senior police officer and PIP 3 Senior Investigating Officer, Gavin specialised in the areas of Serious Organised Crime, Cyber Crime and Digital Intelligence and Investigation, Specialist Operations (including Kidnap and Extortion, Covert Surveillance and Child Exploitation) and Economic Crime.

A former West Yorkshire Police employee of nearly 15 years, Hannah has over 10 years' experience within the intelligence environment working as a researcher and analyst. Ian is a former Litigation Manager in the legal sector and brings over 20 years experience of civil litigation, fee earning, client relations, negotiation skills and customer services. Ian has brought his knowledge and experience to Forensic Analytics within the Training Team as a Training Administrator.
Isabel joined us in 2021 after graduating with a distinction in Crime and Forensic Science MSc from University College London. With equipment and support provided by Forensic Analytics, she completed her MSc dissertation which focused on investigating the uncertainties associated with GPRS call detail records, for which she was awarded the UCL Locard-White prize for best MSc Crime and Forensic Science Dissertation 2020.

Jamie has a PhD and an MSc in Physics from the University of Edinburgh, as well as an MA in Business Management from Heriot-Watt University. He brings experience in both telecoms analysis and conducting academic research.
Jenna worked as an Analyst at South Yorkshire Police and the Yorkshire and the Humber Regional Organised Crime Unit for 11 years. Jenna's area of expertise is telecoms analysis in the live time crime in action environment where she worked quickly and diligently to contribute to the disruption and dismantling of organised crime groups impacting across the region. Jenna is a qualified teacher in post compulsory education and trained colleagues throughout her career within law enforcement.
Jim has extensive experience within the world's largest technology companies with a specialism in supporting technology businesses in early-stage growth within the US market.
He has been a member of the Senior Executive Team in several well-known technology companies within the US including ICL and Invensys as well as a board member at Fujitsu-ICL USA, Internet Home Alliance, Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA), National Energy Marketers Association (NEMA)

Jon is a career detective with over 20 years' experience (TLO, DMI) including over 10 years in Major Investigation Teams (Tier 5). He founded the City of London Police's Digital Investigation Unit and is an independent advisor to the NPCC Digital Trust and Evidence Group.
He has extensive investigative experience deploying tactical solutions and is a recipient of 15 commendations from 3 forces and 2 crown courts including being commended at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey) for the use of Communications Data in evidence. Extensive court experience.

Co-founder Joe has over 33 years' experience in telecoms engineering, training and cell site analysis. He wrote the set textbook used for training police force investigators and digital analysts in the UK and world-wide including the FBI. Joe is one of the UK's leading cellular data forensic expert witnesses and has presented evidence in courts throughout the UK. He was a member of the UK Digital Forensic Regulator's working group for Cell Site Analysis, which set the guidelines for forensic service providers. Joe, as Chief Product Officer is focused on developing Forensic Analytics software portfolio and creating bespoke solutions for customers.
June has over 20 years' experience in UK Law Enforcement; she researched, designed and presented the Internet module of the national SPOC accreditation course, then spent a further 10 years as a member of the DCG Futures Group. Whilst in the Futures Group, she produced numerous research papers and presentations, formed relationships with industry, and assisted with the production of the ICDDF conference. For the past 4 years, June has specialised in researching/documenting the use of Wi-Fi and has given many presentations UK wide on the subject.
June has joined FA as a trainer and in addition to presenting some of the existing portfolio of courses, she will be designing/presenting new courses focusing on Wi-Fi, IoT, and communications data awareness.

Currently Karuna is managing a number CSAS v2 to v3 upgrades, CDAN Nexus customers, the new FA customer portal and evaluation activities in the US and Canada.
Keith has more than 16 years development experience across many different business areas. From HR solutions, including Performance and Talent management and job Evaluation Software for Pay & Benefit Consistency to Access control and ANPR reporting software. He has been involved in every part of the development process from concept through to deployment and has experience in many different technologies. Keith is a Software Developer in the Nexus team.
Kerry has an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Glasgow and is an alumni of the European Club management programme at the Stockholm Business school has more than 15 years experience in Marketing & Multimedia with a demonstrated history of delivering in the Sports, Media & Financial Services industries. Skilled in Content, Marketing, Digital & Social Media Strategy, Corporate Communications, Commercial & Business Development, Live Event & Broadcast Production. She has a track record of transforming brands and taking them into international markets. Since joining FA as CMO her remit was expanded to include responsibility for both Sales and Marketing.

Mel joined us in 2021 after a 29 years as an Intelligence Analyst in the Metropolitan Police Service and works in both our Technical Support and Training Departments. She has a wealth of experience working within both proactive live environments and reactive units dealing with all types of Serious Crime, predominantly Homicide, Threats to Life & Organised Crime. Mel has extensive knowledge and specialism in use of Communications Data both for Intelligence purposes and Evidentially. She has provided crucial evidence for complex and high profile cases on a multitude of occasions, predominantly at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey) and has an excellent reputation with Senior Barristers (KCs). She was awarded 8 Commendations and a Long Service Award. She was the only MPS Analyst to both facilitate and present at the ICDDF and MIAF for the past 8 years. She is a recognised leader in researching new and evolving technology/data opportunities in the wider industry and disseminating that to the Analytical community. Mel privately studied a JEB Teaching Diploma, enabling her to teach post compulsory education in the area of ICT.
Joining the team in 2018, Michelle has a background in human resources and payroll administration for security and construction companies. She is responsible for payroll and invoicing.

Paul is our telecoms consultant, trainer and expert witness in cellular systems. As a cell site expert, he is proficient in the use of phone records and GPRS billing data to locate handsets at critical times, producing analysis, reports, and exhibits and presenting these in court. Paul completed his MBA at Cranfield University School of Management and in his spare time is working on his doctoral thesis: ‘Forensic use of Mobile Network GPRS Billing Records'.
Rebecca is a former nuclear underwriter and brings 17 years of niche underwriting experience, event organisation, extensive customer services and negotiation knowledge to Forensic Analytics.
Rob has worked with agencies across the national security and law enforcement sectors for the last 12 years, collaborating in order to understand challenges and design effective solutions.
As Design Lead he is responsible for promoting a culture of design thinking that permeates throughout development and beyond.
Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with extensive experience of financial leadership within the technology and SaaS sectors. He has led transformational change in a number of Private Equity backed businesses, working across both the public and private sectors. Rob has worked across a range of companies from SMEs to AIM listed and multi-nationals with a particular focus on driving value through organic and M&A growth.

Scott has experience upskilling police forces in utilisation of digital data and producing court ready evidential case files and focuses on using Forensic Analytics' software and tools to proactively safeguard vulnerable people.
He has operated as an expert witness using his extensive knowledge on how drug lines operate.
In his role at Forensic Analytics he is committed to supporting law enforcement in the use of our solutions to continue the suppression of drug lines, serious violence offences and broaden law enforcement capabilities

Leading start-ups, delivering recovery programmes, and executing major business transformations in both tech and telecoms industries on behalf of BT, Serco and Capita, and in the aviation and defence industries with Menzies Aviation and QinetiQ.
Sue is a former West Midlands Police analyst, who specialised in telecoms analysis while working with the Murder Investigation Unit. She has previously worked for Focus Forensics and LGC and now manages our Cell Site Analysis Team. Sue has a wealth of experience in developing and writing cell site reports and a reputation that is justifiably recognised within the industry.
Susie is our evidential telecoms analysis expert. She spent 11 years as an Intelligence Analyst, and then Senior Analyst, for North Yorkshire Police where she was also the CSAS Super User. Susie worked on everything from local level crime to larger scale conspiracies and live time investigations, often producing evidential exhibits for court. She was awarded four Judges' Commendations along with a Chief Constables' Commendation for investigations where her telecoms analysis was pivotal in proving the case. Susie has a Masters in Criminology.

Tom supports the IT infrastructure within the business, and engages with our customers to assist in the implementation of our solutions.

Will has almost twenty years' Law Enforcement experience, with the last 10 as Technical Lead for the NPCC Data Communications Group Futures Team. He has extensive knowledge of specialist products, such as encrypted communication platforms, call spoofing, and stealth phones. His DCG Futures work involved regular contact with the UK Home Office, International Law Enforcement organisations and Telecommunications Operators.
Joining the team in 2017, Yasar is a skilled analyst with nearly 10 years' experience spanning many software platforms and industries.
