Adrian Hultzer

Adrian studied and qualified in South Africa as an accountant and has over 25 years' experience in several industries ranging from Financial Services to Manufacturing and Retail. He is familiar with entrepreneurial environments, where he has led and built teams, to more sizeable multinational corporations where he has led multinational, multifaceted teams in executing profitable business strategies and financial solutions. Adrian is accustomed to working effectively alongside a wide range of diverse professionals in high paced and demanding environments and is always open to a challenge, even thumb wars with his children, which he loses, sometimes. Adrian is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and continues to serve on the board of schools in South Africa.

Andrew Fahey

He spent 10 years at the UN-affiliated International Criminal Tribunal in the Hague, project managing the development of courtroom software that enables live analysis and mapping of call data. He also spent a decade with the Metropolitan Police Service on serious and organised crime and terrorism investigations. Andrew heads Forensic Analytics training strategy and services and works in close affiliation with senior members of law enforcement agencies, crime and justice specialists, and government officials within the UK and abroad.

Andrew Hausler

Andrew, who is the third founder of Forensic Analytics is an expert in systems development and database management having worked at a senior level for several Blue-Chip organisations including Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, where he was Executive Director for Equity Finance Systems Development. With his co-founders he created CSAS, the Forensic Analytics operating system capable of analysing vast quantities of cellular data to an evidential standard.

Brian Connor

Brian has 27 Years' experience in various policing roles including surveillance, intelligence development and the investigation of serious and organised crime. He is a former Detective Inspector at Police Scotland and had responsibility for managing the SPoC and RF functions. He was the Scottish representative on the NPCC Digital Trust and Evidence Group collaborating with UK law enforcement agencies, the criminal justice system and partners from the telecommunications operators. As part of the Forensic Analytics customer development team, Brian's remit is to foster customer relations and understand their needs and requirements.

Damon Hina

Joining the team in 2019, Damon has twenty five years' experience of delivering business software worldwide for Xerox, Pitney Bowes and small start-ups. A versatile technologist with a passion to deliver quality software for the customer. Darran Fletcher

Darran has considerable experience in surveillance - both human and technical. A former police officer of 30 years standing, he held various roles, including a secondment to UK Immigration Service where he conducted overseas operations. In 2013, Darran became Nottinghamshire Police's cell site specialist, helping the force to remain at the vanguard of this highly important area of digital forensics. He was also a member of the RF Development & User Group.

Dave Cutts

Dave is a highly experienced telecoms engineer. He helped to build and maintain some of the UK's major cellular networks when working for Vodafone and T-Mobile. Dave was also the law enforcement liaison engineer at T-Mobile before moving to the Metropolitan Police as their in-house cell site expert.

Gail Rayner

Gail is responsible for developing new and existing customer relationships to gain a deep understanding of their requirements, planning how these can be met to boost their operational efficiency using her extensive experience in working with digital and wet forensics contracts; managing complex and/or technical solutions nurturing high quality outputs with the skill to facilitate implementation of any project. Gavin Kinrade

Isabel Duncan

Isabel joined us in 2021 after graduating with a distinction in Crime and Forensic Science MSc from University College London. With equipment and support provided by Forensic Analytics, she completed her MSc dissertation which focused on investigating the uncertainties associated with GPRS call detail records, for which she was awarded the UCL Locard-White prize for best MSc Crime and Forensic Science Dissertation 2020.

Jamie Fleming

Jenna Holloway

Jenna is a qualified teacher in post compulsory education and trained colleagues throughout her career within law enforcement.

Joseph Hoy - Founder

He wrote the set textbook used for training police force investigators and digital analysts in the UK and world-wide including the FBI. Joe is one of the UK's leading cellular data forensic expert witnesses and has presented evidence in courts throughout the UK. He was a member of the UK Digital Forensic Regulator's working group for Cell Site Analysis, which set the guidelines for forensic service providers. Joe, as Chief Product Officer is focused on developing Forensic Analytics software portfolio and creating bespoke solutions for customers.

June Woodland

June has over 20 years' experience in UK Law Enforcement; she researched, designed and presented the Internet module of the national SPOC accreditation course, then spent a further 10 years as a member of the DCG Futures Group. Whilst in the Futures Group, she produced numerous research papers and presentations, formed relationships with industry, and assisted with the production of the ICDDF conference. For the past 4 years, June has specialised in researching/documenting the use of Wi-Fi and has given many presentations UK wide on the subject. Mel joined us in 2021 after a 29 years as an Intelligence Analyst in the Metropolitan Police Service and works in both our Technical Support and Training Departments. She has a wealth of experience working within both proactive live environments and reactive units dealing with all types of Serious Crime, predominantly Homicide, Threats to Life & Organised Crime. Mel has extensive knowledge and specialism in use of Communications Data both for Intelligence purposes and Evidentially. She has provided crucial evidence for complex and high profile cases on a multitude of occasions, predominantly at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey) and has an excellent reputation with Senior Barristers (KCs). She was awarded 8 Commendations and a Long Service Award. She was the only MPS Analyst to both facilitate and present at the ICDDF and MIAF for the past 8 years. She is a recognised leader in researching new and evolving technology/data opportunities in the wider industry and disseminating that to the Analytical community. Mel privately studied a JEB Teaching Diploma, enabling her to teach post compulsory education in the area of ICT.

He has operated as an expert witness using his extensive knowledge on how drug lines operate. In his role at Forensic Analytics he is committed to supporting law enforcement in the use of our solutions to continue the suppression of drug lines, serious violence offences and broaden law enforcement capabilities

Sue has a wealth of experience in developing and writing cell site reports and a reputation that is justifiably recognised within the industry.

Susie Baldison

Susie is our evidential telecoms analysis expert. She spent 11 years as an Intelligence Analyst, and then Senior Analyst, for North Yorkshire Police where she was also the CSAS Super User. Susie worked on everything from local level crime to larger scale conspiracies and live time investigations, often producing evidential exhibits for court. She was awarded four Judges' Commendations along with a Chief Constables' Commendation for investigations where her telecoms analysis was pivotal in proving the case. Susie has a Masters in Criminology.

Thomas Young

Will Metters
