Founded in 2001, Custom Survey Solutions Inc. (CSSI) offers various survey research options that are tailored to fit your needs. Since 2012 CSSI has been an approved vendor of HCAHPS and OAS CAHPS patient surveys for the Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services... We received the results of the customer surveys and shared them with the clients on Friday. Our clients liked the format and said it was clear and easy to understand.
