This platform can assist industry to self-resolve key challenges of the legislation including defining what are professional engineering services and what are associated good practices within the legislation... EngAssure helps organisations, managers, and individuals involved in providing and procuring professional engineering services to take the actions required to ensure they are complying with legislation in a sustainable manner... In 2021, our Technical Director, Sean Murdoch RPEQ/V, presented on the management of legal obligations associated with professional engineering services in Queensland, Australia. The enquiries that followed resulted in EngAssure being established to assist organisations to better understand how they can manage their obligations and support their staff to do the same.
