Dr Kenneth Tan is Deputy Executive Director of OCTAVE Institute (Singapore), TPC Pan Asia Alliance Group's global institute of business and organisation transformation. Kenneth oversees the development of end-to-end solutions in organisational development, talent management, and leadership development.
His teams deliver the signature Stewardship of Life Journey programmes, Mindful Living Programme, Mindful Emotion Programme, and other key developmental resources for employees. Kenneth also leads the digital transformation initiatives at TPC (previously IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group).

As one of the first seven Master Certified Coaches (MCC) in Singapore, and with 3,500 coaching hours under her belt, Joanne is passionate about driving impactful change and empowering people to achieve breakthroughs in life. Through interactive engagements, Joanne equips leaders to successfully navigate change, engage staff and build high-performing teams.

Judi Neal, PhD, is the Founder of Edgewalkers International and an expert in workplace spirituality. She was the founding director of the Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality at the University of Arkansas. Neal, with a Ph.D. from Yale, bridges spirituality and business, consulting for organisations like Pfizer and General Electric. She has also co-founded academic and professional groups focused on spirituality in management.
Mukara Meredith, President of MatrixWorks, is dedicated to infusing human-friendly values in businesses. With humour, Mukara often refers to herself as a 108 year old Tibetan Elf. Her life's-work emphasises creativity, nourishment, and innovation in workplace relationships. Mukara integrates neuroscience and brain-functioning understanding into leadership and team development. MatrixWorks, under her leadership, is influential in various fields including education and healthcare, with teachings in the USA, Brazil, and Canada.
Rosseana holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a professional diploma in psychotherapy. She is currently the Principal Consultant at OCTAVE Institute and a Practitioner at Thrive Psychology Clinic, in Singapore. She has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources Development in Asia. She last held the position of Head of People and Organisation of TPC (previously IMCPAA Group) before she retired in 2022 and took on a therapist role.

Sook Yee is a Certified Public Accountant (Malaysia). She has more than 35 years of experience in corporate and business leadership. Sook Yee has been with TPC (previously IMCPAA Group) since 2007 in various leadership positions and stepped back from executive leadership functions in 2021. She is also a certified individual and team coach, and now supports programme design and development for OCTAVE Institute as a Principal Consultant. Currently, she serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on two listed entities.
