From support groups and drug presentations to news, information and adaptive technology, we want to ensure that people can find the resources they need to live the life they want and not be defined by their condition... The Support Info-Go Initiative, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, is dedicated to helping people with ongoing medical conditions. We provide connections to resources and adaptive technology. With event calendars of support groups, and educational presentations, we are currently working on the next generation of our services, including My Support Connection, an online platform to help patients and caregivers find events, get verified medical information, and connect with others that have the same condition., We need your support to continue..
