Troy began his career at Countrywide Funding, where he served as an REO asset manager for two years. He later held asset manager positions as well as officer positions with Residential Funding Corp / GMAC, and Aames Financial.
In 2002, Troy founded and served as CEO of Strategic Financial & Real Estate Corporation, a financial services firm, and Saratoga Funding, a residential mortgage lender. In 2003, Troy aquired a small insurance firm, My Home Online, which later became Specialized Insurance Services, growing to a $1M book of business.
While serving as REO director for Quantum Realtors in Westlake Village, CA from 2006 to 2016, Troy sold over $800M in bank-owned real estate for default industry clients including Fannie Mae, GMAC, HSBC, Wells Fargo, Wilshire Asset Services, Green River Capital, AssetLink, and Atlas REO Services.
Troy founded Templar Asset Strategies with the goal of bringing his wide range of business experience to serve clients in asset management, hard money financing, venture capital, and investment due diligence.
Craig joined Templar Asset Strategies in 2017, following his tenure with Quantum Realtors in Westlake Village, CA, where he served as REO Coordinator.
Previously, he has held positions in the loss mitigation and insurance industries.
Craig's broad background in varied industries provides him with a unique perspective which combines with his naturally inquisitive mindset to allow him to produce detailed analyses outside of existing evaluatory models.

Jenna has been an invaluable member of TAS since its inception. Her background in psychological analysis and human potential betterment have been instrumental in building a successful and cohesive sales force and management team.
Hrundi joined TAS in 2019 during the COVID crisis to assist in developing and implementing our transition plan to adapt to an increased online and digital business model.
Yasmina joined TAS in 2020, and lead the development of policies and procedures to enhance products and services that focus on our customers. Yasmina also oversees our cost-benefit analysis and return-on-investment analysis projects.
