David is an enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable professional in the exterior lighting industry with over 30 years' experience of highway lighting design, construction, maintenance and contract management, gained from working in both the public and private sectors.
Since 2010 James has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of the unmetered trading arrangements. He keeps our systems running seven days a week. Assists customers and UMSOs with questions about how to optimise the unmetered arrangements.
Justin joined the team in 2019 and brings his strong analytical skills to increase our resource available to support our growing customer base. Justin together with Richard and James ensure we have operational cover all day and all week.
Richard brings his excellent spreadsheet skills to some of the more complex analytical and presentational activities. Richard is leading on our support for the UMSO activity and a number of bespoke customer activities.

Most recently developing Power Data Associates into the leading Meter Administrator and acting as consultant to the Association of Meter Operators (AMO). Tom has represented the industry on a number of industry groups currently including UMSUG, DWG and PAB.
