He has more than 15 years of experience providing legal advice to companies, assisting multinational companies and individual investors in transnational operations and investments in Uruguay. He was a partner of an international law firm with presence in more than 97 countries
He has a Master's Degree in Business Law and a Postgraduate Degree, both obtained at the University of Montevideo. He also has postgraduate studies in Global Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
He has been recognized as a leading advisor by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
He is a member of the board of directors of the Uruguay - Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He specializes in advising companies in the following areas: logistics, automotive, construction, agriculture and livestock and investment projects, focusing on issues related to Assignment of Loans and Asset Recovery, Debt Restructuring, Bankruptcy, Corporate Law and Economic Criminal Law.
He has worked for renowned law firms and has held important public positions. Currently, he is an advisor in the Senate of the Republic.

Since very young in his career, he has worked with branding, audiovisual, entertainment, and sports assets, advising and collaborating with different companies, investment funds, brands, artists, athletes, and clubs, among others.
He has worked for different internationally recognized organizations within the referred sectors and has participated as an agent, intermediary, and/or attorney in numerous operations of international transfers of football players, advising athletes, agents, and clubs, among others.
