Chops Biltong Bar is real family enterprise. Since we opened our first shop in the town of Fish Hoek in 1994, the business has been run by our family. With greater demand for quality products, we decided to relocate to larger premises and after selling the Fish Hoek shop, we opened our Factory in Plumstead from where we continued to make magic up and until we outgrew that premises in 2020. We now have a bigger, better factory in Somerset West, might be a new premises but the recipe and quality is still the same... Biltong and a bit of rugby are a fine South African tradition. That is why we at Chops Biltong Bar have combined these two local passions and deliver a quality service to our clients in the Western Cape and beyond... All our quality biltong products are manufactured at our factory in Somerset West and include a range of products to suit all tastes.
