I pride myself on being a well-rounded technical communicator highly skilled in the art and science of both traditional technical documentation and eLearning design and development... In my current role, as a working manager, I not only supervise the work of other team members but design and produce resources to educate both internal consumers (our sales, services, and support teams) and external consumers (our all-important customers) with engaging, audience-centered learning products.
