Brad Treat specializes in teaching entrepreneurship from an experiential perspective to entrepreneurial students actively starting real companies. As a Founder, CEO, Chairman, Consultant, Board Member, and Mentor for numerous startups, he has established a foundation of customer-focused entrepreneurship and lean startup operations, with a knack for creative fundraising.
Brad was most recently the Founding CEO of Mezmeriz, a high-tech company making interactive projectors and reality capture cameras. Mezmeriz is based on patented MEMS technology developed by company cofounder Shahyaan Desai at Cornell.
Brad was also the co-founder and CEO of SightSpeed, an innovative video and voice communications company. Together with co-founders Aron Rosenberg and Cornell Professor Toby Berger, Brad grew SightSpeed from a university research project into the world's premier video calling software, achieving 300MM minutes a month of use. SightSpeed was profitably acquired by Logitech for $30MM.
Earlier in his career, Brad worked for eight years in the automotive industry in both the US and Spain at Bowles Fluidics and GKN Automotive. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell.

Dawn Kline joined the IC School of Business in 2013 after serving as the Director of Undergraduate Advising in the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. She earned a BA from the University of Rochester and an MA from SUNY Buffalo, both in English. In addition to her work with students on a wide range of academic matters, she coordinates the School of Business marketing efforts, supports admission and recruitment events, and advises the Dean's Hosts organization and the Dean's Student Advisory Council. She is a writer in her spare time.
Academic Interests: Cultural studies, emotional intelligence in student development, LGBTQ issues, and the role of the humanities in business education.

Dr. Christine D. Bataille is Associate Professor of Management, and currently serves as Chair of the Management Department, in the Ithaca College School of Business. She teaches courses in organizational behavior and leadership at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as the management capstone course, Leading Organizational Change. Her research interests include narrative identity work, career transitions, and work-life balance. Together with her colleagues, Dr. Bataille has published her research in Academy of Management Review, Harvard Business Review, Personnel Review, Journal of Management Studies and Journal of Vocational Behavior. Dr. Bataille serves on the Editorial Review Board of Journal of Management Studies and regularly reviews for several leading management journals. Prior to embarking on a career in academia, she worked in management consulting at Bain & Company and in high-tech product marketing at Intranets.com/WebEx Communications. Dr. Bataille earned her BA, summa cum laude, from Simmons College, her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and her PhD from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.

Jonathan is CCED's Career Engagement Specialist serving students in the Park Center for Business & Sustainable Enterprise, Ithaca College's AACSB-accredited School of Business.
Jonathan joined the Career Center team in March 2022 with 10+ years of experience in higher education as a career readiness specialist and educator focused on engaging diverse learners in career development, job search strategies, and skills for employment. Prior to joining IC, Jonathan worked in special education post-secondary transition programs at the University of Rochester and at The College of New Jersey. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in History from SUNY Brockport and completed a Bachelor's degree in History with Secondary Education at SUNY Geneseo.

Within the School of Business, Jonathan oversees the Professions Program, helps plan and lead Meet the Firms trips that allow students to visit employers in cities like New York and Boston, coordinates Career Connections industry guest speakers, and hosts career development events such as Professions Week and Career Opportunities Week. Jonathan is also embedded in the World of Business first-year course and delivers lectures of career development topics for all incoming students.
Jonathan also coordinates Pre-Law Advising for students interested in law school, connecting students with faculty advisors and hosting special events geared toward law school and legal careers. He serves as co-advisor of Ithaca Pre-Law Society, a student-run organization for those interested in a career in law and related fields.

Marc Weinberg is a 1980 Ithaca College graduate and after a 40-year career in business joined the faculty of Ithaca College's School of Business in May 2020 as a Lecturer and Executive in Residence.
Prior to joining Ithaca College, from October 2014 until April 2020, Marc was a Managing Director at Fifth Third Bank where he was a member of the Management Committee, led Market and Liquidity Risk Management and was the Credit Executive for Financial Institutions, Asset Based Finance and the firm's Investment Portfolio. At Fifth Third, Marc chaired the Market Risk Management Committee and was a member of the Enterprise Risk Management, Asset and Liability, Corporate Credit, Model Risk Management, and Country Risk committees and the Inclusion and Diversity Think Tank.
Prior to joining Fifth Third, Marc spent thirteen years as a Managing Director at Citigroup where he spent much of his time in Treasury and Risk Management as the Head of Global Liquidity Oversight & Analytics. At Citigroup, Marc was a member of the Asset and Liability Committee and the Country Risk Committee.
Prior to his tenure at Citigroup, Marc held a variety of treasury, business, and finance roles at Deutsche Bank, Nomura, and Citicorp. Marc began his career with Arthur Young & Co.
Marc Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Ithaca College in 1980 and became a Certified Public Accountant. At Ithaca College, Marc serves as the Chair of the School of Business Investment Advisory Board and is a member of the School of Business Dean's Business Advisory Council and the Faculty Athletic Advisory Committee.

Matthew Fox is the Investment Program Manager, helping manage the trading room at the School of Business and its associated technologies, including 12 Bloomberg Terminals, Morningstar Direct, and CapitalIQ. Matthew also helps advise and execute trades for the student-run $1 million investment portfolio.
Matthew graduated from the Ithaca College School of Business in 2013 and started his career as an investment analyst, trader, and portfolio manager at Tompkins Financial Advisors in Ithaca, NY. Matthew is the founder and President of Ithaca Wealth Management, an independent financial planning and investment management firm.

Michael Johnson-Cramer was appointed dean of the School of Business in July 2022, after more than twenty-five years as a professor and leader in higher education. Most recently, he taught and served as dean at Bentley University. Prior to that, he was instrumental in founding the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University. He believes the next generation of leaders will need a renewed sense of purpose and strong business skills in order to rebuild our communities post-pandemic. He is excited about the synergy between the business school and IC's creative culture as the basis for realizing this vision. As a scholar, Michael has written extensively on the relationships between companies and their stakeholders. His current work explores the interactions of business and society, particularly as they shape urban landscapes.
