Andrew grew up in London, qualifying as a dentist from University of Wales College of Medicine in 2000. Following a year working in a Specialist Restorative Practice in Cardiff, he undertook his basic training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. He gained membership of the faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2002. He continued postgraduate education both in the UK and USA, completing a postgraduate Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice at the Eastman Dental Institute in London and holds a Master's degree in dental Implantology from the University of Sheffield. He was invited to be a fellow of the Academy of Dentofacial Aesthetics in New York in 2012...
