Tracy and Josh began investing in Real Estate in 2016 North of Boston. They found they enjoyed being landlords and investors. Tracy had grown up going to North Beach in Hampton, NH. In 2018 an opportunity to buy a house in the same neighborhood as Tracy's family came up, and they jumped on it. They were scared and overwhelmed to tackle a renovation project at first, but with some help from family and a trusty contractor it turned out better than they imagined.
