Charles joined Mitchell Wealth Management in 2016 from an International medical company. During his time there, he successfully led the UK marketing team, overseeing numerous conferences and events. Entering St. James's Place, Charles joined the inaugural Next Generation Academy, specifically designed for sons and daughters of existing St. James's Place businesses.
