During the Pre-Construction phase we help to ensure that the project is on track and coordinated well. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the teams to create the projects' vision. We also provide services for the design team to make sure the project is moving in the right direction... Working with trusted subcontractors and/or the general contractor, we model accurately with the schedule and coordination in mind. From pre-construction through the end of construction we work with you to ensure a successful project that all teams can be proud of.
