The Counseling Team International was founded in 1985. For nearly four decades, we have been providing counseling, training, critical incident stress management, pre-employment psychological testing, and support resources to public safety agencies, first responders, and their families... Peer Support Programs were introduced by TCTI that provide culturally competent training and peer support resources... We are honored to be a partner with The Public Safety Peer Support Association. Their mission is to Ethically and responsibly develop and implement Peer Support programs and standards to enhance the training, education and support systems of public safety agencies.
