Amanda Romaine

Amanda Romaine completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2021 at the University of Arizona and is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Her doctoral research focused on the use of music therapy in the pediatric oncology population during painful procedures. Amanda also completed a traineeship with the University of Arizona Pediatric Pulmonary Center, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide care for children with asthma, cystic fibrosis, and chronic lung disease. Prior to becoming a PNP, Amanda completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Arizona. Following graduation, she worked as a nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit for six years, providing care for critically ill children and their families. Amanda enjoys traveling to new places, spending time with her family, and cooking with her partner, Tyler.

Amy Singer

Dr. Singer is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician originally from West Virginia. She is a graduate of the W.V. School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio where she served as Chief resident. Following graduation, Dr. Singer completed her Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship training at the University of Arizona.

Aryan Caire

Dr. Caire attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia where she received her medical degree. Dr. Caire completed her internship at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts completing her residency in Family Medicine at the East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana. Dr. Caire is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Caire is fluent in English, French, and Farsi. Her awareness of these different languages allows her to communicate well with patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Dr. Caire is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient situation and adapts her consultation and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns. During time away from work Dr. Caire loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys the outdoors, reading, piano, and tennis.

Carin Eldridge

Dr. Eldridge received her medical degree and Masters of Public Health from the University of Arizona and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Utah and Primary Children's Hospital. She focused her public health degree on improving the wellness of adolescent girls by boosting self-esteem and increasing awareness of unhealthy cultural norms. She enjoys discussing puberty and reframing it into positive, light-hearted discussions that help kids and parents feels comfortable and prepared. This will hopefully set the stage for families to tackle tougher conversations in the future! Dr. Eldridge has two young children, helping her pull from her own experience to aid new parents in navigating the sometime overwhelming mass of parenting trends and advice on social media. Her goal is to provide care that is thoughtful and evidence-based, but also fits your parenting style. She has managed to have two babies during her medical training and is always on the lookout for simple, practical solutions that optimize snuggles and a good night's sleep. In her free time, Dr. Eldridge likes exploring all the awesome small businesses and restaurants in Tucson, preferably on bikes with two kids in tow. She and her husband (Conor) love mountain biking in the Tucson Mountains and rock climbing on Mt. Lemmon and at Rocks and Ropes. Dr. Eldridge grew up in Davis, CA, went to Colorado College and moved to Tucson in 2009. She is thrilled to be back to Tucson and serving the truly unique community that helped shape her values as a provider.

Christian Moher

Christian Moher is a Board-Certified Family Physician, and his practice focuses on Primary Care and Preventive Medicine for Adults. He has a special interest in chronic disease management, behavioral health (including depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders), and end-of-life care. He believes in using the least amount of medication for the shortest amount of time, and believes in the restorative power of exercise, healthy diet, a positive attitude, and restful sleep to help us age in a healthy way. Dr. Moher received his BA in English Literature in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and then his Medical Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson in 1999. He served his internship and residency in Family Medicine at the Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. He has been back in Tucson since 2004 and is very excited to be joining the amazing team at Camp Lowell Medical Specialists. Outside of medicine, Dr.Moher is married to a brilliant pediatrician, and has a son and a daughter who are attending the University of Arizona. He plays a ton of basketball and pickleball, has an active hot yoga practice, is a writer and poet, and plays keyboards and sings (occasionally!) in Tucson Desert Rock Legends SQWRL. In 2018 the National Council for Behavioral Health awarded him the National Physician of the Year for his work on Integrated Care and the Opiate Epidemic. He was the first primary care physician to receive this award

Connie Olson

Connie Olson, MD has been practicing family medicine for 6 years. Dr. Olson completed Medical School at University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine in 2009. She completed her residency in 2013 and received Resident of the Year all 3 years. Dr. Olson enjoys living in Arizona. She especially loves the weather and spending time with family of which she is a twin. Her hobbies include cycling, listening to live music and spending time with her English Bulldogs.

Daphne Rosales

Dr. Daphne Rosales is originally from Mexico City. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, with an emphasis on Global Health and Integrative Medicine. She is a native Spanish speaker and is proud to provide comprehensive medical care to your entire family, from newborns to adolescents, young adults, and elders. Dr. Rosales believes that a strong doctor-patient relationship is the basis of disease prevention and maintenance of health. In her office, you will find personable care grounded on patience, empathy, and respect. She has special interests in women's health, geriatrics, weight management, and diabetes treatment and prevention. Dr. Rosales is growing roots in Tucson alongside her husband and growing family. In her time outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and traveling.

Dr. Deepa Agarwal

Dr. Deepa Agarwal was born in New Delhi, India and started her Medical Journey by graduating from Lady Hardinge Medical College and obtained her Medical Degree from Delhi University, India. She completed her internship at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and finished her Residency in Pediatrics at Michigan State University in East Lansing. She has over 30 years' experience in Pediatrics with special interest in Childhood allergy and Asthma. Dr. Agarwal moved to Tucson in 1997. She then opened her own Private Practice under the banner of Tucson Pediatrics. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Agarwal is a firm believer in promoting the prevention of diseases and continues to work tirelessly with parents to educate them on how to have their children live a happy, healthy life. Dr. Agarwal is married and has two daughters. She loves reading, enjoys hiking and practices yoga regularly.

Dr. Edward Mulligan

Dr. Edward Mulligan was born and raised in New Jersey where he obtained his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Seton Hall University in 2004. After spending several years working in pharmaceutical research and development, he decided to go back to school to obtain his medical degree. He graduated from St. George's University in 2015 which was followed by an internal medicine residency at Jersey City Medical Center. He relocated to Tucson soon thereafter where he began working at Carondelet St. Mary's Hospital as a hospitalist. His career led him to St. Joseph's Hospital where he held the titles of Hospitalist Medical Director and Division Chief of Hospital Medicine. He has decided to transition to primary care in order to develop a longer lasting relationship with the patients he serves in the community. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, baby, and their puppy. He is an avid runner, a novice golfer, and a lover of all activities involving the great outdoors.

Emily Ichikawa

Emily Ichikawa is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) located in Tucson, Arizona. She was raised in California and graduated from the UCLA School of Nursing. After several years of inpatient and outpatient experience as a registered nurse, she returned to school at Simmons University in Boston Massachusetts, where she received her Master of Science in Nursing. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in family practice. Her training comprises management of acute and chronic conditions for all patient populations. Emily's prior experience in multiple mental health care settings, paired with her FNP training, allows her to assist patients with physical needs, as well as provide resources for mental health care needs. Emily utilizes a patient-centered care approach and works with patients to integrate healthcare modalities that will work best for their individual lifestyles. For the last two and a half years, Emily has been providing care to the Tucson community in an integrative healthcare practice that focuses on primary care, mental health care and pain management needs. She is excited to offer comprehensive healthcare visits by blending these specialties into the care she provides for her patients. While away from work, Emily likes spending time with her husband, Nicholas, and rescue dog, Finn. She enjoys cooking, running, and exploring the outdoor trails and hiking Tucson has to offer. Emily also loves camping, domestic road trips and backpacking abroad. While she cherishes time spent with family in New York and California, she is always happy to return to Tucson, where she now calls home.

Jennifer Lin

Jennifer Wurster

Jennifer's educational background consists of graduating from DePauw University in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. She continued her education at Cochise College and graduated from Nursing school in 2001. To follow her pathway in medicine and continue to expand her knowledge, Jennifer worked as a first-floor nurse at UMC, as well as an operating room nurse for various hospitals until graduating from NP school. Once she graduated from University of Phoenix in 2014, Jennifer worked in Pain Management for a year, and urgent care the last five years. Over the years she has worked with a variety of trauma surgeons, pediatric surgeons, ENT surgeons and cardiac surgeons on the open heart and transplant team. Jennifer appreciates the quality time with her daughter and in her free time enjoys oil painting, bicycling, and cooking.

Sarah Hutchison

Dr. Hutchison is a Tucson native and graduate of the University of Arizona College Of Medicine and the Banner University South Campus Family Medicine Residency program. Her focus is on women's health and the care of families as well as preventive medicine. Dr. Hutchison is an Air Force spouse and a Pat Tillman Scholar, she understands the unique life of a military family and welcomes them in her practice. She is committed to quality care for every patient and believes in creating a partnership with patients that empowers them to take control of their health. She enjoys spending time with her children and husband, as well as her sisters, parents, friends and her dog. She is an avid wildcat fan. She enjoys the outdoors and exploring all the fun activities Tucson has to offer.
