The Hernandez-Lopez Lab is part of the Department of Genetics and of Bioengineering at Stanford University. We are members of Stanford BioX. Our lab greatly acknowledges our supporters and partners... We strive to significantly advance our understanding of biological circuits in multicellular systems and their applications in cell therapies. We are also focused on education innovation and training the next generation of scientists from all backgrounds... Our group works at the interface of mechanistic, synthetic, and systems biology to understand and program cellular recognition, communication, and organization. We are currently interested in engineering biomedical relevant cellular behaviors
