BCD is committed to positively addressing community problems (substance abuse, homelessness, joblessness, lack of life skills and education) and the root causes of socio-economic problems... Since 1981, Better Community Development (BCD) has served the Little Rock community through various programs. Hoover Treatment Center is a faith-based inpatient and outpatient alcohol & drug addiction treatment center and a community-based support system designed to provide substance abuse counseling, mental health therapy, health & wellness, and family life skills. BCD also offers transitional sober living through Will's House (men) and the Empowerment Village (men & women)... Better Community Development, Inc. provides substance abuse treatment and other community development services in Little Rock, Arkansas.
