Our Association's mission is to provide innovative training opportunities to our members with the goal of developing an officer's investigative knowledge and experience. Our organization strives to provide up-to-date training focused on the latest trends in law enforcement and topics requested by our membership... The Tri County Association has grown from its infancy as a monthly investigator's informational meeting, to an organization that provides investigative training opportunities to law enforcement partners across Minnesota and western Wisconsin... As we continue to expand our Tri County Association membership, we remain true to the heritage of the association's community-style approach to investigative networking. Although technology makes it easier to share information and knowledge, we believe the best way to collaborate as an organization is through members' active participation in training opportunities and membership meetings.
