Agnes Wnorowski joined SmartSource in 2004 and manages the company's administrative department. With over 16 years of experience in payroll and HR, she oversees day-to-day operations of the administrative, AP/AR and payroll teams to ensure all policies are in place and the administrative functions of the business run smoothly. Agnes also has extensive knowledge in the areas of employment law and benefits.

John Green joined the SmartSource team in 2021. With more than 25 years in the services, manufacturing and distribution industries supporting both channel partners and end users, John understands what is needed to be a valued asset to you and your business. As Senior Vice President of Sales, he oversees all sales and sales related functions for SmartSource, and is passionate on expanding our partnerships, increasing our sales and growing our client base together.
Matt Armintrout joined SmartSource in 2018 and is the Recruiting Manager of the Staff Augmentation team. Matt started as a recruiter, so he clearly understands the day-to-day operations and processes that are associated with providing qualified candidates across the channel. He is passionate about growing our Staff Aug division and ensures the Recruiters and Sales team are aligned so we can provide our candidates and end clients exceptional customer service while upholding our company standards.
Sharon Wells joined the SmartSource team in 2007. She previously worked for a publicly traded software company as Assistant Controller. Sharon has an extensive background in both the manufacturing and service industries. She oversees all financial reporting and cash management functions for SmartSource. Additionally, Sharon serves as a corporate liaison with the company's tax accountants and bank representatives. Sharon earned a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

companies, Steve brings global expertise in operations, execution and analytics.

Taylor Tiritilli joined SmartSource in 2018 and manages the PMO Team. She has 10 years of management experience and extensive knowledge of managing projects. Taylor oversees Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Team Managers to ensure overall service delivery is of high quality and all team members uphold the company's standards. She continues to grow the PMO team by acting as the liaison between PMO and Sales, ensuring all parties involved are aligned.
