MEDFORD DESIGN-BUILD - Key Persons

- General Manager and Technical Designer
Brandy Anderson is our General Manager and Technical Designer. She has been on the Medford Team since 2019 and holds a BS in Interior Design. Brandy is responsible for overseeing our Design-Build drafting process including technical floorplans, 3-D renderings, virtual walk-throughs, estimating, and permitting. She collaborates with our clients during every aspect of our design process to make sure their dreams are graphically brought to life while ensuring the designs are technically and structurally planned for the best use of space.
Dave Broadfield is our Production Manager. He has worked with the Medford Team since 2007 and is a Master Carpenter. He plays a critical role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, to the highest level of quality, and that our clients remain content throughout the entirety of the remodel.
Jeff Murphy is our Lead and joined Medford in 2023. He has 25 years of construction experience with an emphasis in residential framing, carpentry, and management. As a Marine Corp Veteran, Jeff is reliable, punctual, and accurate, and takes great pride in everything he does!
Kourtney Davis is our CEO. Along with being a home builder's daughter, Kourtney has 18 years of experience in the industry and holds a BFA in Human Relations and an AA in Interior Design. She has been with the Medford Team since 2015 and her leadership to the team ensures best practices are followed so that we can continue to provide high-quality service to our clients.

Mike Medford, Sr. is our Founder and Co-Owner. He has over 45 years of experience in the remodeling industry and is a NARI Certified Remodeler. Mike Sr. has recently retired and is enjoying hiking, traveling and caring for his 3 rescue dogs. He continues to mentor our team to ensure the highest level of customer service to our clients and keeps us moving forward as a team, all while making sure we have fun along the way!
Michael Medford, Jr. is our President and Co-Owner. In addition to overseeing our production team and process, he heads up our Mike's Guys small projects division and Design-Build sales division. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the remodeling industry and has earned several certifications for product and remodeling business knowledge.
Millie Eagleston is our Marketing Manager and brings expertise in digital marketing, content creation, print marketing, and brand development initiatives. She holds a BA in Marketing and comes from a family of home builders and interior designers. Her appreciation for craftsmanship and design drives her strategy in showcasing our expertise.
Neil Norris is our Project Manager and joined Medford in 2008. He is a highly skilled carpenter, jack of all trades, and is a vital asset working on our large Design-Build projects as well as projects for our Mike's Guys small projects division.
Scott Vernon is one of our Lead Carpenters and joined the Medford Team in 2019. Scott assists with carpentry, management, schedule adherence and expediting our construction projects. He is known for his punctuality, upbeat attitude and building great relationships with our clients.
Stephanie Milford is our Senior Interior Designer. She holds a BS in Interior Design and Housing with a minor in Business Marketing. She has been with Medford since 2010 and has over 35 years of industry experience as an independent Interior Designer. She oversees the final selections for our projects to ensure they bring our clients' dreams to life.
