Mr. Kelly brings 20 years of senior leadership experience managing and developing technology in the alternative investment management industry and over 25 years of software development, management, and consulting experience. Previously, Mr. Kelly headed technology at Good Hill Partners. At The Carlyle Group, Mr. Kelly served as Chief Information Officer, Global Market Strategies where he ran technology for multiple fund groups managing over $30 billion. As Chief Information Officer at FrontPoint Partners, Mr. Kelly built a technology platform from start-up, which ultimately supported multiple hedge fund groups managing $12 billion in assets across a variety of global strategies. He received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Fusco is responsible for municipal trading and analytics, including sourcing, financial modeling, position management, and surveillance. Previously, at Good Hill Partners, he managed portfolio construction and credit research. Mr. Fusco was a Partner at Geneva Energy Markets in New York for five years where he was responsible for trading oil-based futures and swaps as a market-maker and proprietary trader. He began his career in 2006 on Macquarie Bank's commodity trading desk where he traded and analyzed exotic derivatives based on agricultural commodities. Mr. Fusco earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with distinction from New York University.

Ms. Forseth is responsible for municipal credit analysis, policy and macro research, as well as business products and strategy. Most recently, she served at the Pentagon as Director of Global Strategy and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the U.S. Air Force. Previously, she was a Partner and Head of Credit Research at Whitehaven Asset Management. She worked at Goldman Sachs as the Chief Credit Strategist on the municipal bond trading desk. She began her career as the personal Chief of Staff to the U.S. Ambassador to Finland. Ms. Forseth graduated with five degrees in five years from Arizona State University (four bachelor's degrees and one master's degree) and earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Mr. DiBartolo, currently employed by ACA Global, is an outsourced Chief Compliance Officer. He previously held a similar role for Good Hill Partners beginning in 2012. He is a career asset management professional specializing in compliance activities for SEC registered and unregistered investment adviser firms, including hedge funds. He has served as the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 Rule 206(4)-7 designated Chief Compliance Officer for 15 registered investment adviser firms. He has led or participated in compliance consulting initiatives, including SEC registration, SEC compliance program design, installation, and assessment engagements. He has successfully managed numerous SEC examinations, inquiries, and investigations. Mr. DiBartolo began his career over 32 years ago with roles as Compliance Analyst with Smith Barney, Inc, Head of Compliance for HSBC Asset Management Americas, Inc, and Compliance Manager for PIMCO Advisers. He held senior compliance roles at Bear, including acting as CCO to several Bear Sterns' RIA affiliates and hedge funds.

Mr. Friedman manages Tower Bay investments and strategy. Previously, at Good Hill Partners, he managed all municipal trading, analytics, and sell-side relationships. At M&T Securities, he was Director of Trading and responsible for all high yield and long-duration municipal investing. He spent two years trading the Mid-Atlantic Region footprint of municipal bonds for the RBC Wealth Management Department and four years trading at Lehman Brothers. He began his career at Lehman Brothers Asset Management (Neuberger Berman) managing $7 billion in municipal bond SMA portfolios. Mr. Friedman holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island. He is an avid offshore fisherman and enjoys taking his two boys out to fish the New Jersey Canyons.

Mr. Hauf is responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, and operational functions. Previously, at Good Hill Partners, Mr. Hauf managed operations and financial reporting. He spent over five years as a federal agent with the United States Department of the Treasury where he was responsible for conducting investigations of various business entities and high net worth individuals. Mr. Hauf worked at General Chemical Corporation in the Sales Accounting Department. He received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Hauf is a licensed CPA with the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
