We (Paul King and Marie Faire) started The Beyond Partnership in 2003 after working as independent coaches, trainers and consultants for 15+ years. Our vision was to create an organisation to enable us to do more than we could do individually and specifically to provide a platform to offer leading edge personal and professional development open programmes and events alongside our direct client work... For us our life and work is about making a difference. We coined the name Beyond since it is a vision and concept that links us, our attitudes, our orientation and what we offer. Significant learning and change takes place at one's edge not within our comfort zone - we have to be prepared to go beyond what we already do and know.
