I first want you to know how much value you added to this process for me, by giving me your expert advice. It's funny how the flooring was the one thing I thought we could work with and it took our meeting to help me realize it had to change... And a few weeks after deciding that, I got a notice in the mail that the floor has a class-action lawsuit because of high levels of formaldehyde. Can you believe that? That would've sent me into a tailspin but since it was already on the chopping block, it was no biggie.
