ISLAND COACHWAYS - Key Persons
Emma became part of the Island Coachways team in October 2023, stepping into the role of Operations Manager after a long career with the States of Guernsey - and has since taken the wheel as our Chief Operations Officer. She's no stranger to the ICW family, having known us for years, so when the chance to join full-time came along, she jumped right in.
Hannah has been at the helm of Island Coachways since February 2003, steering the family business with a perfect blend of financial know-how and creative flair. A chartered accountant trained with Ernst & Young in Guernsey, she also gained valuable experience in private banking before returning to lead ICW into the future.
Ian joined Island Coachways in 2018, just in time for the launch of our Guernsey Explorer tour - and he's been keeping the wheels turning ever since (literally and digitally).
Our resident tech wizard, Ian is the brains behind our smooth online bookings, slick website tweaks, and all things computer-related. If it beeps, clicks, or connects to Wi-Fi, Ian's on it.
Toby has been part of the Island Coachways family since September 2000, bringing a wealth of experience and a knack for keeping our tech on track. As the go-to for all things IT, he ensures our systems run smoothly behind the scenes - from office hardware to the finer points of digital operations.
Before joining the family business, Toby worked at Aurigny in several roles, including time as cabin crew, so he knows a thing or two about delivering great service in motion.
Outside the office, Toby trades tech for tunes. He performs with JnT, an acoustic duo, and often steps in as a locum for The Ketones. When he's not on stage, you'll likely find him in his own recording studio, making music happen.
