Ben Blinston-Jones

Job Titles:

As a partner at Fineman Ross, Ben works with foreign and domestic investment clients in the London market, and specialises in office and mixed-use investment transactions on the buy and sell side. Ben has worked on over £1.5 billion of investment deals in London. Recently including the sale of Clareville House, W1 for £66 million and the purchase of 27 Soho Square, W1 for £45.5 million. Before joining Fineman Ross in 2018, Ben spent four years at Allsop LLP as a partner and 12 years at DTZ as a director. He worked in the West End Investment Teams at both firms. Outside of property, Ben is a keen golfer and skier.

Dean Marks

As a partner at Fineman Ross, Dean advises a range of clients including private equity firms, institutional and private investors, and various councils. Dean specialises in the sale and acquisition of UK and Greater London business space investment. Before joining in 2022, Dean was at Savills where he focused on UK National Business Space Investment across both industrial and office markets. Prior to working in real estate, Dean also spent four years working in financial investments. Outside of property, Dean is a big Arsenal fan and loves to travel the world.

Edward Watkins

Ed has a strong track record in introducing private equity to operating partners and the creation of joint ventures. Prior to joining Fineman Ross in 2015, Ed spent two years at a niche investment practice. Before this he was an office agent at Edward Charles & Partners having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010 at Montagu Evans.

Elizabeth Jeffcock

Elizabeth joined the team as an intern in 2023. Alongside work, she has been studying for her masters in Real Estate at the University of Reading, having completed her undergraduate studies in German with Russian. Outside of this, she enjoys rowing, reading and catching up with friends.

George Merison

Job Titles:
  • Investment Associate
George joined Fineman Ross as an associate in October 2023 focusing on the Central London Investment market. Following his Masters in Commercial Real Estate at Henley Business School, George joined Kingly Partners in London as an investment surveyor. Recent highlights include acquiring 27 Hammersmith Grove for Central and Provincial and 8-10 North Road for a private client. George also assisted on the acquisition of 40-44 Newman Street, W1 and the disposal of 110-114 Kilburn High Road, NW6. Away from property George can be found on various chalk streams catching and smoking trout (if you'd like some).

James Bramble

James specialises in real estate investment advisory, acquisitions, sales and asset management of commercial and mixed-use property assets. Prior to working with Fineman Ross, James was a senior director at JLL where he developed a strong track record in retail, leisure and office markets in London. James has advised on over £1.4bn of real estate transactions to date working for or alongside a number of private high net worth, institutional, sovereign wealth investors.

James Rood

Job Titles:

James specialises in the central London property market - providing clients with exceptional access to overseas capital and his comprehensive experience working with private investors. Prior to joining Fineman Ross in 2019, James was a senior director at CBRE where he focused on buy-side work for overseas investors. During his four years there he led the acquisition of over £1.2 billion of central London Real Estate. Before this, James spent nine years in JLL's West End Investment Team where he worked on a large number of sales and acquisitions for both UK institutions and overseas clients.

Rebecca Blinston-Jones

Job Titles:
  • Senior Marketing Consultant
Rebecca looks after marketing for Fineman Ross + Partners. She is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience advising a broad range of brands across media, technology and consumer culture. In addition to her role at Fineman Ross + Partners, she is also UK Head of Marketing and PR for regreening charity, Justdiggit. Prior to joining Fineman Ross + Partners, Rebecca was the UK Managing Director for MWWPR where she grew the business into a top 100 communications consultancy. In her spare time, Rebecca loves to cook, going on walks with her lab in the Kent countryside and surfing eBay.

Sam Leedham

Having joined Fineman Ross in 2022 as an intern, Sam is now our highly respected investment analyst. Sam specialises in financial modelling and produces in-house, bespoke models for our clients for acquisitions, disposals and platform structures. He has a particular interest in operational real estate, notably renewables and infrastructure projects.
