Biography
Abbie graduated from her Law degree at Cardiff University in 2013 and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course in Bristol in 2014. After a couple of years of working in different areas of law, she then started work in Personal Injury in 2016, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2019.
Since 2016, Abbie has worked purely on claimant Personal Injury cases. She has experience incases of varying value. Abbie now assists Georgina Hunter, Associate Director, on her complex and serious injury cases.
Abbie particularly enjoys helping clients who wouldn't usually have any idea as to how to proceed with a Personal Injury claim and going the extra mile to ensure they understand everything about the process.
Outside of work, Abbie enjoys spending time with her young daughter, friends and family.

Abby has practiced Personal Injury Law since joining Harris Fowler in 2017, following the completion of her degree in Law.
Abby handles various types of Personal Injury claims, including those involving employer's liability, occupier's liability, public liability, product liability, and road traffic accidents.
She finds the most rewarding aspect of her job to be fighting to secure compensation for clients, especially in cases where Defendants initially refuse to accept responsibility.
Abby feels particularly rewarded when she succeeds in securing compensation for an employee who has been forced to take time off work due to an accident caused by their employer's negligence.
In her spare time, Abby enjoys going for walks in the Somerset countryside and spending time with her family. She has always had a keen interest in the law and its impact on everyday life. Additionally, Abby enjoys baking sweet treats and participated in a 24-hour cycle in 2016 to raise money for NSPCC.

Adrian joined Harris Fowler in July 2022. In 1993, he completed his Common Professional Examination and Law Society Finals, further pursued his studies with a Master's in Environmental Law at Aberdeen University, and qualified as a solicitor. Throughout his career, Adrian has handled a variety of cases, including Employer's Liability, Occupiers Liability, and Public Liability matters, while working at large legal firms in Liverpool and Manchester.
Outside of his legal work, Adrian holds a season ticket at Liverpool Football Club and enjoys activities such as outdoor swimming and circuit training.

Biography
Aleksandra joined Harris Fowler in 2023. Aleksandra graduated from University of South Wales with a first class degree in Law. She obtained her LPC from Cardiff University and gained her initial experience working as a Paralegal in the specialist injuries department for Hugh James, assisting senior associates and partners with Multi Track cases. She then moved to New Law Solicitors, where she started dealing with Fast Track cases. During this time, Aleksandra obtained her fellowship from CILEx and became a Chartered Legal Executive.
Aleksandra finds the most rewarding aspect of her job is securing compensation for clients who have been injured through no fault of their own.
Outside work, Aleksandra enjoys traveling, reading psychological books and swimming.

Biography
Alison has been practicing as a Personal Injury Lawyer acting for Claimants since 1998. Starting her career as a Legal Secretary Alison went on to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2000.
During her career Alison has worked for several law firms on the South Coast before joining Harris Fowler in 2022.
Alison has extensive experience of dealing with all different types of Personal Injury compensation claims including road traffic claims, accidents at work, occupiers, liability, public liability and clinical negligence. Alison predominately deals with claims with a value in excess of £25,000.
Alison finds the most rewarding part of her job to be helping client's get "back on their feet" after an accident and benefiting from early rehabilitation.
Outside of work Alison enjoys spending time with her two dogs, skiing, travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
Biography
Ally joined Harris Fowler in August 2010 and qualified as a Fellow in the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives (FCILEx) in 2014. Ally started her career working predominantly as part of our dedicated Road Traffic Accident Team, dealing with a variety of different road traffic Personal Injury claims including those clients who are unfortunate enough to suffer an injury caused by an uninsured or untraced driver.
Ally has extensive experience advising clients on a variety of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. Her expertise includes road traffic accidents, particularly cases involving pedestrians and cyclist. Ally has a varied caseload of high value Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases, including cases involving the Motor insurers bureau, employer liability disputes, occupier liability and cases involving the local authorities. Ally deals with claims where injuries and circumstances are more complex. Ally's skills lie in the attention to detail and negotiating to make the experience of claiming a much less painful experience for the client.
She previously worked at a local law firm on work experience during her studies. This gave her an outlook on what good she could do once she had qualified as a Legal Executive.
Ally is passionate about helping Claimant's and their families who have been injured as a result of negligence, who have suffered a range of injuries and poor surgical outcomes or a delay in diagnoses of cancer. Ally finds the most rewarding part of her job is standing up for Claimants and achieving an excellent settlement for a deserved client who has suffered an injury through no fault of their own which has led to upheaval and changes in their lives which otherwise would not have occurred.
In her spare time Ally enjoys running and spending time with her family and friends.
Amie has practiced in Personal Injury law since the start of her legal career in 2002. She joined Harris Fowler in 2005 as an assistant Solicitor to the CEO.
Amie quickly moved on to develop her own case load and gained experience of dealing with most aspects of Personal Injury work including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, slipping and tripping claims and product liability claims.
In 2009 Amie was made an Associate and progressed into a supervisory role overseeing the more junior case handlers of the company. In addition, Amie became involved in the marketing of the company.
Amie currently continues to supervise some of the more junior case handlers in addition to running her own case load.
Amie has been selected as winner of the Lawyer Monthly - 2016 Lawyer of the Year - UK for the Personal Injury category, recognising her proven track record in delivering results for her clients.
Amie feels the most rewarding aspect of the job is having the knowledge that Harris Fowler are helping people recover from injuries by providing support, treatment, advice and ultimately financial compensation for the losses they have suffered.
Biography
Amy Onesti left Cardiff University following completion of the Legal Practice Course and took up a training contract with Tayntons in Gloucester. Upon qualifying in 2007, Amy joined the team at Harris Fowler.
Amy gained valuable experience working for Morgan Cole Solicitors in Bristol in 2008 in Defendant Personal Injury, she then returned to Harris Fowler to continue developing her experience in claimant Personal Injury claims.
In addition to having a broad knowledge of Personal Injury claims Amy is now working for a Director as her assistant.
Amy feels the most rewarding aspect of the job is seeing a matter through to the end and seeing a client who you have been working with for a number of months receive the compensation they deserve.
Andrew is a Director of the firm and has many years experience practicing personal injury law. He commenced his legal career working for a prominent law firm based in Bath before moving to work in Berkshire. Andrew joined Harris Fowler in 2007 as a senior litigator before being made an Associate in 2009. In 2014 Andrew was appointed to the position of Associate Director and in 2017 was made a Director to the Board of Directors.
Andrew has spent his legal career representing clients who have sustained personal injury. He has successfully obtained compensation for clients of all ages who have sustained injuries of a physical and psychological nature. He is experienced in dealing with cases involving amongst other things road traffic accidents, accidents at work, accidents in public places and defective products. Andrew has a particular interest in dealing with claims where liability is disputed and cases that involve court proceedings. Andrew's cases frequently involve obtaining expert evidence to address both the issue of fault and the value of the claim.
In dealing with disputed claims Andrew adopts the Harris Fowler ethos of dealing with claims in a robust and thorough manner. An example of this is a recent case where a client was injured on a building site. The occurrence of the accident was denied and liability was disputed. Andrew progressed the case to trial where his client was successful and went on to secure compensation of over £150,000.
Andrew understands the importance to his clients of ensuring that the best possible medical evidence is obtained in order to achieve the required compensation and also to identify and secure treatment to help the seriously injured get their lives back on track.

Biography
Asha joined Harris Fowler in 2022 as a Court Fee Clerk. She graduated from Ulster University with a BSc. (Hons) in Business Studies and is currently studying for an MSc. in Forensic Accounting at Portsmouth University. The knowledge and experience gained from these studies greatly contribute to her current role in the Court Fee department.

Caitlyn joined Harris Fowler in August 2021. She previously worked for a small firm of Solicitors as a Junior Medical Secretary for the NHS in various departments. Caitlyn now works in the Fast Track Team as a Legal Secretary.
After previously working at a small firm of Solicitors, she knew that she wanted to continue to grow her knowledge and confidence in a law firm.
Caitlyn feels the most rewarding part of her role is assisting her Fee Earner's with their cases, and helping clients to get the compensation that they deserve.
In her spare time, Caitlyn enjoys taking her 2 dogs for long and adventurous walks as well as spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys various fitness activities, and she is currently training to run the Paris Marathon.

Chloe has been part of Harris Fowler since March 2008. Starting in an entry-level role, she has worked her way up to Associate, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge along the way. With over 15 years at the firm, she is well-versed in handling a wide range of cases. However, she has a particular passion for working on road traffic accident cases, especially those involving pedestrians and cyclists.
Outside of work, Chloe loves being on the water, paddleboarding along the coast whenever she gets the chance. She is also an avid traveller, always eager to explore new places and cultures around the globe. When not on an adventure, she is likely found with a good book, diving into different stories.

Biography
Deborah started her legal career in 1984 for the Lord Chancellor's Department in Birmingham.
She then moved to Devon with her family and continued her legal career at the Legal Services Department of a local authority.
In 2004 she qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives whilst working in Plymouth and then carried on with her studies at DeMontfort University in Leicester to qualify as a Solicitor. Deborah was admitted in 2011 as a Solicitor.
Deborah joined Harris Fowler as an Associate Solicitor and specialises in Clinical Negligence claims. She has a wealth of experience in representing clients in this complex field of law. Deborah also deals with Advocacy at Inquests for bereaved families. She acts with compassion and understanding towards the families at very difficult times. She is firm and effective when dealing with the Defendants solicitors.
Deborah always wanted to be a Solicitor from a very early age and is very proud to be the first member of her family to obtain a degree at a University and very proud to specialise in Clinical Negligence claims.
She finds that the most rewarding aspect of her job is helping families in bringing successful Clinical Negligence claims against a number of Defendant Hospital Trusts, GP's and also doctors who practice privately. Deborah works hard for her clients to achieve a successful conclusion to a Clinical Negligence claim and obtain compensation. Deborah assists them throughout the whole process from initial instruction to settling the claim. Deborah shows great compassion and patience with families who are going through a very difficult and fraught time especially when they have lost a loved one.

Biography
Donna qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) in 2011 and has accumulated extensive experience in various types of claims over the years. These include road traffic accident claims, CICA claims (Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority), accident at work claims, medical/clinical negligence claims, and claims against the MOD (Ministry of Defence).
Donna joined Harris Fowler in 2018 and has also provided assistance to one of the HF Directors in Multi Track claims. In October 2022, she transitioned to the Clinical Negligence team to assist an Associate Director.
She understands that instructing solicitors can be intimidating for some clients and aims to help those who may not fully grasp the legal aspects or the process of making a no win no fee Personal Injury claim.

Ellen Hunter joined Harris Fowler in August 2022, Ellen assists clients up and down the country who have sustained injury through no fault of their own. Ellen works remotely and lives in the north east of England in County Durham.
Ellen is a confident litigator has been handling Personal Injury cases since October 2000 and specialises in a wide area of Personal Injury claims including accidents at work (including constructions workers), highway tripping claims, assault cases, road traffic accidents, occupier's lability, public liability, and CICA (Criminal injuries Compensation Authority) cases.
Ellen was inspired from a young age and developed her love of the law at college and university.
Ellen feels the most rewarding part of the job is being there to help clients injured clients and strives to provide a high level of service. Ellen is dedicated to go above and beyond to ensure clients receive the best service and settlement possible.
Outside of work Ellen enjoys gardening, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a 2:1 law degree Emily then started working at Harris Fowler in 2019, following a week of work experience, as part of the vetting team. Emily remained as part of the vetting team for just short of 2 years before then moving on to become a Legal Secretary to Natalie Pearce, working within the Clinical Negligence Team.
Emily hadn't considered law as an option until attending at Richard Huish College, she carried out law at A- level and found it to be her favourite subject, and the one she did the best in. Because of this, Emily then decided to pursue law at degree level where her knowledge of the law continued to expand. At University she studied medical law, which was one of her favourite modules, therefore she knew that this area particularly sparked an interest with her.
Emily finds it very rewarding to be a part of the process that works towards achieving a settlement for our clients, giving them the compensation they deserve.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys going to the gym, reading outside of work, and partaking in dance classes once a week.

Emma started as a Junior Fee Earner for a Personal Injury firm in 2000, assisting two Personal Injury Lawyers dealing in a wide range of accident claims. She then progressed onto a new firm where she spent 10 years as a Senior Executive dealing with her own complex Personal Injury caseload, including industrial disease cases, predominantly noise induced deafness. Emma qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) in 2006 and joined Harris Fowler in 2016 as a Legal Assistant to the Managing Director and CEO, Grant Fowler.
Emma's now part of a team who specialises in serious and catastrophic, no win no fee Personal Injury cases and in addition Clinical Negligence cases. She was promoted to Associate in January 2024.
Her interest in law started when she worked as an office junior for a law firm dealing in Personal Injury. Law has since been a subject which has always interested her.

Gemma Beattie joined the Practice at the beginning of 2014; Gemma brings a wealth of HR experience to the Practice having honed her skills within the public sector prior to joining Harris Fowler.
Gemma has experience of working in strategic HR roles, supporting organisations, such as the Met Office, to achieve large scale restructures and supporting the Directors and Senior Management to deliver a range of HR initiatives, including succession planning and talent management. At Harris Fowler Gemma sits on the Board of Directors, and supports the Practice by providing expert generalist HR knowledge and advice. Gemma contributes to the success of Harris Fowler by aligning HR strategies with overarching business goals.
Gemma and her team ensure that Harris Fowler employs the right people for the right job. Once the hiring is complete, the team will ensure that staff are fully trained, performing effectively and are well supported.

Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Georgina worked in-house for Goldman Sachs International assisting the Head of Human Capital Management on employment issues in the European offices. She then moved to Bristol to complete her training with a niche defendant insurance practice where she developed a particular interest in product liability.
Remaining in Bristol after she qualified, Georgina joined a highly respected insurance practice in 2002 where she conducted predominantly claimant work. Her focus was in the field of workplace injuries, occupiers and public liability claims. Georgina also gained experience in fatal accident claims and injuries caused by animals.
Since joining Harris Fowler in 2013, Georgina has experienced a wide variety of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. She is currently head of a team dealing with high value, life-changing, complex and fatal accident claims both in the fields of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury.
Georgina recognises that good communication with the client and loved ones is essential, and will provide legal expertise, empathy and support throughout the process.
Through Georgina's experience she has created a portfolio of specialist experts ready to assist in specialist cases including prosthetics, orthotists and occupational therapists to assist clients with re-building their life.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Grace worked for Edwin Coe, a central London practice, ranked as a UK 200 law firm, covering all major areas of law both contentious and non-contentious and then commenced her training contract in 1999 gaining experience in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Employment and Commercial Litigation.
Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2001, she has worked for highly respected Legal 500 firms, conducting Claimant work and dealing with catastrophic claims for clients who have suffered life changing injuries including brain and spinal injuries and amputations. She has experience and expertise acting for the families of those who have died as a result of an accident. She regularly acts in complex multi-party and high court actions. She handles employer's liability claims including work related disease claims, public liability claims and claims arising from motoring accidents.
Since joining Harris Fowler in 2022, Grace has continued to handle a wide variety of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims with a particular expertise in representing clients with multi-million-pound compensation claims. She is currently head of a team dealing with high value, life-changing complex claims and has a particular interest in brain injury, spinal injury and fatal accident claims.
With her excellent communication and negotiation skills, Grace has a proven record of maximising compensation for clients, which is the most rewarding aspect of her job.

Grant Fowler is the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Solicitor at the firm and has undertaken many aspects of litigation work, including personal injury, clinical negligence, professional negligence, specialising in personal injury work from 1995.
Grant is one of the founding members of Harris Fowler Solicitors, which he established in 1994, with a view to specialising in all forms of Personal Injury and clinical negligence work. This dedication to these areas of law means that over the years Grant and his staff have acquired the necessary expertise and an excellent reputation for achieving results for their clients. Hannah first became involved within the medico-legal sector back in 2006, when she joined a medico-legal company as an Administrator assisting with client's Personal Injury claims. After a couple of years within this sector, she decided to embark upon a career in central Bristol for a top legal expenses insurance company, where she stayed for over 10 years. During this time, Hannah worked within the Sales Department before landing a promotion into the Senior Management Team as Personal Assistant. After several years within this role, her career took her in a different direction, and she began working for Weston Area Health NHS Trust as Medical Secretary.
After an extended period of maternity leave, she was keen to start a career within the legal sector and Hannah joined Harris Fowler in 2021 as Legal Secretary. Since then she has been assisting the High Value Team with their caseloads and she has gained a greater understanding of Personal Injury Law.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, seeing friends and family, attending the gym/yoga and seeing live bands.

Biography
Hannah joined Harris Fowler in March of 2009 and initially started on the reception desk, providing a warm and helpful welcome to all those clients that called in personally or telephoned Harris Fowler. She gained a lot of experience with a hands-on approach.
Since that time Hannah has covered several administrative support roles within Harris Fowler, progressing to become a member of our Marketing Department. As of late Hannah progressed her role to become a Legal Claims Advisor.

Hayley joined Harris Fowler in September 2022. She previously worked as a medical secretary in the NHS and worked for the NHS in numerous administration roles for 10 years. She now works as part of the Multi-Track team at Harris Fowler.

Hayley joined Harris Fowler in 2022 in the HR department as a Recruitment & HR Coordinator. In her role, she collaborates closely with the firm's HR Director and Office Manager. She is passionate about everything related to Human Resources and Recruitment. She thrives on the responsibility of selecting and nurturing talent, adding a personal touch to the recruitment process.
Beyond her role in HR, Hayley extends her influence to marketing projects. Recognising the power of effective branding and communication, she collaborates with the marketing team.

Huw Thomas qualified as a Solicitor in 1984, having trained in Cardiff, where he gained substantial experience in Personal Injury work on behalf of several very large Trades Unions.
Huw is an Associate Director of the firm and specialises in Clinical and Medical Negligence Claims. He is also the Director in charge of the specialist Clinical and Medical Negligence Team. This team has a wealth of experience in representing clients in this complex field of law. We use specialist medical experts and experienced Barristers and are proactive in processing a claim in a professional and expedient manner. We appreciate that the effects of this can be devastating not just for the victim but also their family and our approach is therefore to act with compassion and understanding whilst delivering an efficient and effective service.

Issie joined Harris Fowler in 2016 and transitioned to the fast track Personal Injury Department as a case handler in early 2019. She enjoyed working within the department and the range of different cases from accidents at work, road traffic collisions, product liability cases, and occupiers and public liability cases.
Having found a passion for working with cases that are more complex in matters of breach of duty and causation, Issie moved to our expanding Clinical Negligence Department at the beginning of 2023.
Issie supports Natalie Pearce with a wide variety of Clinical Negligence cases from fast track cases to complex litigated cases. The majority of their cases are for clients who reside within the Cornwall and West Devon area.
Issie has found her passion in Clinical Negligence and is excited to progress her career in this field. She is particularly passionate about providing support to clients during the legal process and obtaining much needed answers from treatment providers about the level of care that has been provided.
Outside of work, Issie is an avid reader and enjoys weightlifting and watching sport.

Jamie joined Harris Fowler in 2015 as a Legal Secretary and has since been promoted to the role of Trainee Personal Injury Case Handler.
With over 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary before joining the Harris Fowler team, Jamie's journey into law began in conveyancing, where she discovered her passion for the field. After gaining experience in conveyancing, Jamie expanded her skills into Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Probate.
After taking time off to have her daughter, Jamie returned to the legal field and embraced the fresh challenge of Personal Injury at Harris Fowler. She is currently enjoying her role as part of the EL/PL & RTA team and is enthusiastic about advancing her career as a Personal Injury Case Handler.

Janine trained at Harris Fowler and qualified as a Fellow in the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives (FCILEx) in 2015 but has been part of the Harris Fowler family since 2003.
Janine initially started as a Secretary to one of the Directors at Harris Fowler. Since that time, she has progressed to become a very valued member of the Personal Injury Team, working on a variety of different areas such as road traffic accident claims, claims against uninsured and untraced drivers, employer's liability claims and public liability claims.
She was inspired to get into law because she wanted to ensure people had access to justice if they have suffered as a result of the negligence of someone else, and help them cope with the aftermath of injury.
Janine finds the most rewarding aspect of her job to be helping clients get back on their feet following an accident, including arranging rehabilitative treatment such as physiotherapy and of course securing compensation for them.
Outside of work Janine loves to bake, anything arty/crafty, spending time with her boys and dancing. She is a keen dancer and has awards from the International Dance Teachers Association for ballroom, Latin and line dancing, and now co-runs a line dance group with her friend. She is also the Chair of Friends of French Weir Park, a group which looks after the local park and surrounding community, organises community events etc.

Biography
Julia joined Harris Fowler in 2005 as Receptionist providing that first welcoming contact for clients calling the office. Julia progressed to Office Manager in 2007 where she remains in the HR team, working alongside the HR Director and Recruitment and HR Co-ordinator dealing with all aspects of HR on a day to day basis. Julia also assists the Directors with statistics for the company. She is responsible for maintaining training records to ensure fee earners meet their CPD requirements, and helps to arrange training events.
Julia's role is varied with many tasks and will assist with various projects when required.
Julia enjoys working with everyone at Harris Fowler and has just completed the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.

Biography
Karen is an experienced legal professional with skills in various areas of law and compliance. She joined the Compliance team at Harris Fowler in March 2023.
Born and raised in London, Karen pursued her passion for law early on. She earned her LLB (Hons) degree, which laid the groundwork for her legal career. After moving to Somerset, Karen completed her training with a large provincial firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 1991.
Karen first specialised in family law but took a career break in 1997. She returned to practice in 2000 at a multi-disciplinary firm. As legal aid became less available, she retrained in private client work, showing her flexibility and commitment to meeting client needs.
In 2010, Karen moved from fee earning work to quality standards and compliance. Her efforts were key in her previous firm achieving the Lexcel Quality Accreditation. She helped maintain this standard throughout her time there, showing her attention to detail and dedication to quality.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time walking with her energetic Border Collie-German Shepherd cross. She also stays active through circuit training and Pilates.
Biography
Kate worked at another local solicitor, as a Legal Secretary working on many types of Law, such as Matrimonial & Family, Conveyancing and Private, assisting the Lawyers there.
Kate then joined Harris Fowler in 2018. Starting as a Trainee Legal Secretary, and she has progressed up in the firm to where she now works as an Executive Assistant, helping out Tim Jenkins and the other Directors with administrative and other necessary responsibilities. She also assists the Heads of Departments, along with the Fee Earners in the more day-to-day aspects. Over the time that Kate has been at Harris Fowler, she has learnt a lot about the compliance side of the firm, and Kate helps Karen Pang and Tim Jenkins with other Compliance and GDPR related aspects.
Kate first got into Law, as a secretary, as she felt her organisational skills and attention to detail would thrive in that environment. She also found it intriguing to see what working in a law firm actually entails!
Kate finds the most rewarding aspect of her job is going home at the end of the day knowing she has worked her hardest to make sure that all the cogs keep turning on a daily basis, through the work Kate does to assist the Fee Earners, Heads of Department and Directors. Kate finds the best feeling is knowing that you have successfully prevented a catastrophe, or solved a problem, through the knowledge and skills you have learned on the job.
For fun, Kate is very active on social media, and known for her make-up looks and artistic content, she is also interested in gaming and live streaming. As mentioned, she also has a degree in Fine Art, and her particular specialty is hand drawing photographic style portraits of people and animals. Kate enjoys the outdoors and exploring new places and countries, also she visit the States frequently to visit her partner, and love capturing the American way of life through the lens of a camera!
Biography
Kim completed her university degree in Law and Psychology after taking a year out to travel. Kim found the overlap between the two subjects interesting and the application of both areas in her current role helpful.
Kim began her legal career with Harris Fowler in 2007 dealing with road traffic accident claims. She was then offered the opportunity to deal with other cases such as, accidents at work, public and occupiers liability claims. During this time, Kim began her studies and completed her training and exams to become an established Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Kim is a very experienced Fee Earner and is now working in the catastrophic injury team dealing with severely injured Claimants and their families, securing six figure settlement sums for them. Kim finds it most rewarding to develop a good rapport with the Claimant and their family and be able to assist them in their recovery with access to rehabilitation services, interim payments and to be a large part of their recovery journey. Recovery is both physical and psychological and Kim is keen to support her clients in both.
Outside work Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, both she and her husband volunteer with the Scouts so spend a lot of time camping, travelling, paddle boarding and generally anything outdoors.

Biography
Lisa began her legal career in 2014, starting as a secretary. She quickly developed a strong interest in law, which motivated her to pursue a Paralegal course along with a specialist course in Personal Injury. Lisa became a Senior Paralegal at a law firm, where she worked for 10 years before joining Harris Fowler.
Her passion for law grew when she saw how litigation could help individuals who were wronged through no fault of their own, sparking her desire to assist people in obtaining the justice they deserve.
For Lisa, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing a case conclude, providing closure to the client, and witnessing them receive some form of justice. Her focus is always on the clients and helping them.
Lisa won an award for Community Champion of the Year in recognition of her charity work and contributions to the local Isle of Wight community. She also received the Paralegal of the Year (South region) award for her overall legal work. Lisa was absolutely thrilled to win both awards.
In her spare time, Lisa stays busy as a "mum taxi" for her children, balancing a demanding legal career with motherhood, and she embraces every moment of it. She enjoys walking the family's Springer Spaniel and Pug, as well as discovering new places to eat out. Lisa is also passionate about giving back to charity and the local community. She can often be found dressing up in her Pudsey onesie, as an elf for Christmas markets, and even abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower for charity events.

Biography
Lizzie's career has evolved over the years, starting with managerial roles in retail, then transitioning to become a sole trader of a small, independent business related to animal husbandry, and later working in website optimisation. While her career has been diverse and has provided her with a valuable skill set, she has never experienced the same sense of fulfilment as she does working in the legal sector.
For Lizzie, it was the age-old desire to make a difference and have a positive impact on others that led her to pursue a career in law. Her entry into the legal field wasn't conventional - she discovered a diploma with the National Association of Licensed Paralegals, and while pursuing this, Harris Fowler offered her an opportunity as a legal claims adviser. Lizzie has been happily working in the vetting department ever since.
Law has a rich and diverse history, and it plays an active, ever-evolving role in society. Lizzie finds the concept of law setting societal boundaries with fluidity fascinating, which inspired her to pursue a career in the field.
The most rewarding aspect of Lizzie's job is knowing that she has provided comfort to someone who has experienced something traumatic. It's rewarding when a client expresses gratitude for feeling heard and assured that they will receive the help they need.
Outside of work, Lizzie is a great lover of the outdoors. She enjoys exploring with her dog and daughter. She also has a keen interest in natural history and is an avid football fan. Lizzie loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family.
Louise qualified as a Solicitor with a firm in London before moving to Manchester where she specialised in litigation and in particular Personal Injury and employment work. She returned home to Somerset and since 1999 she has worked for Harris Fowler specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence work. Louise is a Director of Harris Fowler and heads up the High Value and Clinical Negligence Team.
Louise works on a wide range of cases, including for clients who have sustained serious head and spinal injuries. She has particular expertise in working for military clients who have suffered injury whilst serving and has acted for a number of clients who have sustained cold weather injuries, developing an expertise in this field.
She has recently recovered compensation of £800,000 for a client who seriously injured his hand while at work and was able to secure funding for intensive treatment and rehabilitation to maximise her client's recovery. She has also recently resolved cases for two clients who were discharged from the Army as a consequence of their cold weather injuries. Both cases were successfully settled before Trial with one former soldier receiving compensation of £300,000 and the second receiving compensation in excess of £400,000.
Louise feels the most rewarding aspect of the job is working with clients and their families using her legal expertise to enable them to receive the help and treatment that they deserve and to recover compensation to enable them to get on with their lives.

Lucy joined Harris Fowler in 2021, marking the continuation of her legal career which began 21 years ago as a Legal Secretary. Recognising her passion for law early on, within 2 years, Lucy progressed to become a Personal Injury Fee Earner.
Over the past 19 years, Lucy has amassed extensive experience handling various cases, including accidents at work, highways tripping claims, occupier's liability claims, assault cases, and CICA Appeals. Notably, she has managed several high-profile cases, such as obtaining compensation for a victim of the Cumbria shootings.
Lucy is well-versed in both Multi-track and Fast-track cases and has represented clients at Interlocutory Hearings.
She finds the most rewarding aspect of her job to be securing compensation for clients who have been injured through no fault of their own, while ensuring they receive the necessary support throughout the claim process.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys going to the gym and boxing.
Biography
After completing her law degree at Keele University and her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford, Natalie started her legal career in the Personal Injury department of a national firm in 2005. She then secured a training contract, which saw Natalie return to her roots, to join a regional firm with an excellent reputation for Clinical Negligence. Natalie qualified as a Solicitor in 2009
Natalie remained at that firm, for the next 11 years. During this time she worked her way up to Associate Solicitor responsible for a team running complex clinical negligence cases and obtaining recognition as an expert in her field. Natalie has run successful cases all the way to trial in the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
Natalie joined Harris Fowler in 2021 where she specialises in Clinical Negligence cases.
Always being interested in how the law can impact on day to day life Natalie knew from an early age that she wanted to be a Solicitor. She wanted to help people and knew that Clinical Negligence was a natural fit. Investigating the details of a particular case can lead to additional training and lessons to ensure that similar mistakes do not happen in the future.
For Natalie, the most rewarding part of her job is achieving a settlement for clients. Enabling them to make adaptions and changes to their life which will help them to recover and cope with what has happened.
In her spare time, Natalie's four young children keep her very busy. Living in the beautiful South West Natalie enjoys coastal walks with her family and the dog on a regular basis! When she has any free time Natalie enjoys keeping fit, and going to the theatre.

Neil Williams studied for his law degree at the University College Cardiff where he was also the joint winner of the land law prize. During the university holidays, Neil supplemented his student grant by playing semi professional cricket at club level in Wales, and at Somerset County Cricket Club.
After qualification Neil worked for two South West firms in Gloucestershire and in Devon before joining Harris Fowler as an Assistant Solicitor in 1997, becoming a Partner in 1999.
Neil Williams is an experienced solicitor dealing with all aspects of personal injury law. He has a wide ranging practice but in particular handles cases including accidents at work and complex cases where liability is disputed.
Neil has a detailed knowledge and specialises in industrial disease claims, in particular, claims relating to industrial deafness and hearing loss and repetitive strain injuries.

Richard has practised in the field of Personal Injury law acting for both Claimants and Defendants, since qualifying in 1993.
He has been a member of the SRA Personal Injury Panel since 2001 and an accredited APIL Senior Litigator since 2008.
He has experience across a range of Personal Injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work and public liability claims. He now concentrates predominantly on industrial disease work, including industrial deafness, work related upper limb disorder, hand arm vibration syndrome and asbestos related injury. He has extensive experience of acting on behalf service personnel who have suffered non freezing cold injury whilst serving in the military. He is developing a specialism in stress at work claims.
Richard enjoys the diversity of work as a Personal Injury lawyer and derives great satisfaction from achieving the best outcomes for clients.
