Dear Spencer & Graham I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for their efforts at Unity Place, Milton Keynes. GSI have provided an excellent service from the initial preconstruction to the final handover of the project. The project faced some very unique challenges and GSI was always on hand to provide a solution which worked to the project budget and time frames. GSI scope of works across the project included passive fire protection, Intumescent coatings to steel work and specialist fire rated boarding to plant rooms. GSI engaged with the site design team from the onset to provide approved design solutions for each detail that required firestopping. As a commercial building Unity Place was designed so that the Mechanical & electrical services were left exposed which meant the passive fire protection is always on display.
