Ann Williams is our Chief Executive.
"I joined Bracken Trust in November 2016 and have several years of senior management and leadership experience. My role is to manage The Trust and ensure that it maintains the high standard of care and support that our patients deserve. I consider myself very lucky to have such a great role and to have a fantastic team of staff and volunteers who help me achieve this."
I joined the Bracken Trust as a volunteer and one of the founder members of the Bracken Trust singers in 2013.
For all of my working life I was involved in Police and Security, both nationally and internationally and served in the Royal Air Force for 22 years and retired as a Wing Commander having been awarded the MBE in 1986.
Since my retirement I ha ve been involved in various local Charit ies and other organisations including serving on Committees. I became a Trustee in 2018.
Clare Evans is our Finance Manager.
Clare Joined the team in November 2022 and provides financial support to the Trust.
I am a retired Medical Practitioner. I have been a Member of Bracken Trust since 1996 and a Trustee/Director since 2004.
I moved to Llandrindod Wells 38 years ago with my family. I worked as a GP in Llandrindod for 20 years and retired 7 years ago.
Emma Rawsthorne is our Shop and Events Co-Ordinator.
Emma Joined us in May 2023 and her role is to provide admin support for our charity shop and to co-ordinate fundraising events.
I undertook my nurse training at the Royal London Hospital and worked in a variety of roles in both acute and community medical nursing in the NHS since qualifying in 1988. These roles included Ward Sister, Matron and Head of Nursing. I retired from the NHS in 2022 after moving to Llandrindod Wells. I am now working from home as a disability assessor for the Department of Work and Pensions.
I joined the Trust in October 2021.
I have worked as a Senior Human Resources and Organisational Design/Development Manager with a number of large organisations in the public and private sector for over 20 years.
Liz Lewis is our Senior Nurse.
Liz Towns is our Senior Administrator.
Liz Joined us in April 2022 and her role is to support the Senior Executive and manage Reception staff.

Matthew Ward is a BACP Counsellor and Mindfulness Instructor.
Sylvia Wilkinson (Lead Therapist) is a Bowen Therapist and member of the British Complementary Medicine Association. 20 years experienced practitioner in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Allergy Therapist, Reiki & Emmet Technique. Also former tutor of Holistic Therapy at Coleg Powys and retired teacher of the Bowen Technique for C.B.S.
