ADAMH provides help and hope through a network of more than 30 community partners providing affordable, quality alcohol, drug addiction and mental health services for the whole family... ADAMH helps Franklin County residents find the right places to turn for affordable, quality mental health and addiction services provided through its network of more than 30 not-for-profit contract agencies located in neighborhoods throughout the county. A sliding fee scale for services means any Franklin County resident can receive needed services and be charged on the basis of income and circumstance. Services are funded primarily through a property tax levy approved by voters.
