DB&E - Key Persons
Justin Waggoner, born and raised in Pampa, Texas, is a 2007 graduate of Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following his graduation, Mr. Waggoner joined the Lubbock office of Xcel Energy, Inc., a major U.S. electricity and natural gas utility. While at Xcel, he had a variety of responsibilities including working on the design and planning of a distribution power grid as well as conceptual designs and construction estimates of projects of unlimited scope and size. Mr. Waggoner joined DB&E in 2009 and later that year was promoted to General Manager. He holds Texas driller's and pump installer's licenses and is also licensed in Oklahoma and New Mexico. Today, Mr. Waggoner oversees DB&E's day-to-day operations.
