ABOUT The European e-Skills Association is an international not-for-profit organisation under Belgian law. EeSA was founded in June 2007 with the support of then Vice-President of the European Commission Guenther Verheugen, and has evolved from a consortium known as the e-Skills ILB to a broad stakeholder organisation that is commited to e-Skills in Europe, and to working with other major stakeholders in the drive towards growth, innovation and promoting skills in Europe... The European e-Skills Association (EeSA) is a community of stakeholders supporting the development of e-skills and digital literacy in Europe. EeSA builds on the success of the e-Skills Industry Leadership Board (e-Skills ILB) supported by the European Commission.
