The Geneva Software Company was founded in 1990 by Tom Vincent in Greensboro, North Carolina. Geneva began operations primarily as a support organization for MCBA users running on the Wang VS Mini-computer platform and Unix and PC Networks. The company was effective growing the customer base by specializing in tuning the MCBA solution according to each client's unique needs. In a short period of time, Geneva was supporting clients throughout the United States in areas of Manufacturing, Inventory/Distribution and Accounting... One thing Geneva can help our Quantum customers with is to perform periodic "flash backups" of just your Quantum data... An extraordinary amount of effort was put forth to customize MCBA (now called Quantum) for this particular vertical market. Specifically, the solution was enhanced to comply with FASB117 and GASB34 reporting requirements while maintaining the integrity of a double entry accounting system.
