Our purpose is to serve our members. Our aim is to engage in a transparent and open channel of communication. Excellent service allows the cooperative to meet the needs of our members... We prioritize affordability and we maintain discipline in our operations, capital expenditures and power resources. We will scrutinize the budget to identify areas of reduction through efficiency and prioritization as we implement our plan to remain affordable... In 2020, our mission evolved when our members asked us to deliver high-speed internet in the same way we brought electricity to rural New Hampshire. We launched NH Broadband which provides high-speed fiber internet access to those who have traditionally been unserved or underserved.
